也可以做的。Agilent 和 shimadzu 都属于易于维护的。 就我的经历而言， shimadzu
挺可靠的， 我修Agilent比修shimadzu的时候多。 但Agilent的软件功能强太多了。 |

MSMS，BRUKE 和SHIMADZU 都是15万，T35万。
如果是LC-MSMS，Waters和Thermo远超预算，Sciex其实最好，稍微超预算，如果买一台
DEMO的还是很划算的， 就是做演示的， 一般一年新。估计SHIMADZU可以。 |

1） What is authentic fish sample or certified reference material? Where
can I buy it? 有一些文献用CRM 464 tuna fish , 不过好像是欧洲的。美国有没有类
似的产品？
2） QA/QC怎么做？就用authentic fish sample or certified reference
material检测回收率吗？空白样用什么？
3） 样品的制备方法是根据AOAC 9.2.26还是AOAC 9.2.27？
4） 如何提高GCMS的灵敏度？我用的是Shimadzu GCMS-QP2010 Plus. 最低检测到80
ppb。应该还可以提高。不知道有什么办法？

ESI-Q-TOF is similar as ESI-QqQ
TOF used here instead of Q is to improve mass accuracy.
QToF is much cheaper than FT MS, but the mass accuracy is also good (1-5ppm)
, and the scan speed is very fast, so it become more and more popular.
With the MALDI source, there is instrument called MALDI-ion trap-TOF,
produced by Shimadzu. Ion trap is used to select and fragment ions, then you
can do MS/MS or more.

Waters的Acquity是最稳定最好用的，binary system, 我们也有一台他的H class，就
不是那么稳定。
没用过Shimazu的，
用过Agilent的
