A dropping-shipper. If his buyer got a problem, then you got a problem. He
is always problem-free. No good to deal with. But he never reply your
message. If you cancel it, he most likely give you a negative feedback.
Occasionally, he doesn't. |

息量都很小，哪里发的，重量什么的都没有，而且神医当时也没有曝光，也没有双方信
件交换记录，看不出有什么问题。
你这两个tracking的shipper一个是nyc, 一个是nj, 难道是你去年出的label? hamshan
明显是芝加哥的神户。
一句话，你的证据不足，还需要再收集。

你收到货后只说有些没膜，现在又说like new, 你自己前后矛盾吧。
fedex误货的问题，你作为shipper自己找fedex处理，他们会赔偿，你是还套用天空神医
的逻辑来让小护士负责吗？
我这几个月发了超过30多次货，只有这一次出了问题，而且我立马第二天就去询问，而
且转移到可靠的fedex, 当时问你你也没说什么。现在都来算总账了？ |

2012年11月29日(Thursday)上午，收到神医LABEL,要FBA两个大箱子，每个重约45-46
LB，LABEL上写的是10LB和12LB。价值$138/EACH。下午去UPS DROP OFF，被拒收，原因
是LABEL重量和实际重量差别太大，PICK UP的人不给PICK。让把LABEL的重量改正确。
扯了半天，没办法，只好把两个箱子扛回家。晚上，发EMAIL告知神医被拒收。期间有
人建议去其他地方试试。
第二天清早，2012年11月30日(Friday),爬起来就奔去OFFICEDEPOT，因去碰运气，没拿
两个箱子，不想再搬上搬下的折腾，也挺沉的。只拿了一个，被收下。 下午时查看
email，说是label已经被cancel了。email是半夜发的，早上根本没查。

好像被 买家退回马鬃仓库。
马鬃refund买家后，要再收我10多块fee.
请问我能收买家restocking fee吗？收多少？多少天之内必须收？

but because the driver take the packages back to his own home, not back to
shipping center, for an on time delivery the next morning.
she also said, shipper can choose home delivery to a business address. .....

return the package to the shipper,结果周五发现it继续在deliver路上，幸好
customer not available,周末再打，说已经有notice了，但不知道为什么没有return
，会继续通知dirver的，还给我confirm了下， 说station的人已经confirm了该notice
，会return的。结果周一deliver了， lol 神马东西啊 一个月白干了 |

你先别急，我前面不是已经提过了，病人退这种高价东西一定要有签名。
你直接把状况据实报给Amazon，强调包裹没有收到，明天你务必去一趟邮局问个清楚，
确认包裹到底有没有带有签名，如果确认没有签名，立马告知Amazon东西在运送中损失
，要求shipper立馬提出investigation，如果病人没照办，病人会lose这个case的，前
提是你Amazon账户之前没有类似的case，若有，你可能有
机会lose这个case。 |

Company is a "fence" for stolen merchandise
We were able to redirect a fraudulent order made with a stolen credit card
and shipped to this "company". BEWARE! Calling themselves a "forwarder" is a
perfect disguise for a fence.
