The next day I woke up at 5:30am. The rain stopped, so did the wind. It was
really quiet. I was shivering in the cold of the early morning. I could see
my breath in the air.
When I got out of the tent, I found myself in a heavy fog in the mountains.
It was still kind of dark. And due to the fog, I couldn't see far. Just the

Lexington first aid station due to slippery roads. There was this guy there
fell so bad and lost a lot of blood, they had to wrap him up with a heat
blanket. He was still shivering. His skin on one leg and arm came off, it
was gross. :( |

about 40F and I was shivering. But it's baking at 92F today in Tucson. It'll

pulled from the icy waters of Stephens Passage, Alaska by a group of locals
on Tom Satre's 62-foot charter vessel. Four juvenile Sitka black-tailed deer

Basically, if you wear singlets at the race start, have not warmed up, and
yet are not shivering, it's too warm for the marathon.:)

Birch Bay is a small retirement town located at the US-Canada boarder on the
Pacific coast. Vancouver is on the north side of the bay. Victoria, the
capitol of BC, is on the southwest across the bay and small islands.
The race is a low profile local one, limited to 450 runners including 1/2
and full runners. It is usually not filled. It's organized by a local
athlete club.

是仲夏夜之梦的片段，里面还用了他的string symphony no. 5 in b-flat major，用
了其中的andante和presto两段；还用了song without words op. 109 for piano and
cello. 说不定我觉得通俗的是后面这几个作品。记不清是哪个了。他十七岁就能创作
经典作品，莫扎特年纪更小；画画、写作都没有那么小而有成熟作品的，音乐创作不那
么需要经验积累、更讲天赋天才吗？他们去世都好早啊，就像英国那几个浪漫主义诗人
，一个比一个死得年轻。浪漫主义就是命不长。
