not W5x0. Then it's apples vs oranges, if you try to compare a high-end rmbp

这文章说的很好啊，shoddy experiment现在充斥各种杂志，甚至高因子杂志。
很多文章根本重复不出结果，无数CNS上文章的key figure就是sample<5，很微弱的统
计显著结果，照发表，作者照样拿着文章找工作，申grant，拿tenure。。。
Negative result不受重视，另外peer review制度早就走了调了。
当然所有学界都有这样那样的问题，生物尤其严重就是了，太依赖publish record，这
篇文章里面说6个phd竞争一个教职，估计是对所有学科来说的，对生物恐怕20个phd竞
争一个教职不为过.... |

kick back by challenging the validity of the patent in the court. so it's an
expensive and risky thing for them as well. it's just part of the business.
if both sides want to avoid the risks, then you may settle with them, maybe
