。。
小腿上的青一块紫一块的都是练习时候撞到pole上的，学什么都要付出代价的。。。疼

wears off a piece of sole and cleat. By just practicing clip in/out in
neighborhood and a few traffic lights, the cleats and shoes' protection grip
showed some cut. I feel these thing won't last long due to necessary foot
traffic, other than pedaling/clipping.
Anyone has experience? |

要能够舒服自然地走路，road shoes基本没有能够满足这个要求的。而且road shoes材
质轻，和走路鞋需要皮实耐用的要求相互矛盾。
MTB鞋子的选择倒是大把，可是楼主嫌重嫌不好看，这就没太多可选的了。 |

刚才扫REI的deal的时候看到135降到90多，虽然不算hot，还在犹豫买鞋的同学不妨去
店里试下这款。one for all的鞋不可能在所有的情况下都最好，但Katana能够适用范
围很广而且都表现不错，很难得的一款鞋

要，以及能让你跑的trail condition都不会太差。。。
俺脚着一般的hiking用trail running shoes 完全可以了，多日的backpacking或坡陡
石多的trail还是hiking boots好。。
淌小溪还是危险，水会从鞋面上进去，在石头上跳就没问题。。：） |

一般hiking也不用穿 boots,穿跑鞋就成）。
我带我外甥去hiking, 她四岁的时候就能走 4 miles山路。如果要攀岩，买water
shoes就可以了，橡胶底在岩石上摩擦力很大，也便宜。倒是 带小朋友出去hiking最好
多带一双袜子一双鞋。上次我带4个小朋友去hiking, 有一个踩到水里了。穿湿鞋湿袜
子很不舒服。 |

shoes, came back with twisted ankle and blisters. Another woman wore Solomon
hiking boots without any blister.
I wore Lowa hiking boots and personally like it. The boots have great ankle
support so you won't sprain your ankle on uneven terrain. Also Lowa seems to
be
the only brand with the wide version, so there are enough wiggle rooms for
my
wide feet.
But you have to go to REI to get your feet measured.

，但是下山如果跑或者想要快点走的话，脚趾头会被鞋子碰的很痛，我的就是keen的，
确实不需要breakin，也不会打脚，也防水。
当然也取决于trail的长度和难度。其实厚底的running shoes也可。 |

It was surprising that I had ascis 2100 running shoes when I knew nothing
about distance running. I just ordered through bing to get NB MR933 with $52
. I really look forward to my new shoes and learning from here. |

our ill-formed feet, because we are no good at hunting, and wild animals
will capture us slower runners and eat us alive :(
So I believe shoes make difference for us who have bio-mechanical problems,
they can make us better, but they can also make us worse (while they make no
difference to born-to-be runners). I believe it's a trial-and error process to find "right" one(s),
