some extra, either HCP wise or distributional wise. Hands like
QJxxx KJxx Dxx CAx should be passed over 2D, because partner
has denied a negative double value, so the chance for game
is rather low, opps are very likely to hold the balance of the power.
The minimum requirement
for 2H is something like: AJxxx AQxxx x xx, in which case you still
have some reasonable play in 4H. With 4 hearts, you should have

完全可以你没有入境日本的签证拒绝你登机
3. 如果AA可以允许你搭乘到NRT的这段航班，但拒绝把你的行李托运到成都，只托运到

话说我们昨晚离开从龙卷风侥幸逃脱的Perry小镇后，一路开启巡航模式，轻松抵达佛
罗里达Tampa市。作为从大农村来的，第一件事就是中午先去中餐馆大搓一顿，然后再
入住清水湾凯悦。Checkin 时候我就随口提了一句，我们有个婴儿，东西狂多，前台小
哥：我们这正好还有个两个卧室／浴室的两边海景角房套间，给你升级吧。哇，这服务
。然后，就有了我家姑娘下面在床上的样子。
角房有个好处就是两边都是海景。2卧室，2浴室，有客厅，有冰箱／微波炉（方便加热
冷藏婴儿食品），浴室也是干湿分离，泳池分冷热水两种（这样清早+夜晚就可以进热
水池），佛罗里达度假模式完美开启！

我也是蛋疼，在凯悦待了2晚后，为了体验更多的酒店，退房，去试试1公里外的万豪。
中午先去旁边著名的Columbia Restaurant，西班牙风格，人家1905年就开业了，算下
来100多岁了。整个餐馆房间四周都是各种油画。

点了鳕鱼+芒果慕斯蛋糕，服务一流，味道还不错，但是不如凯悦里面的SHOR餐厅。

不过最大的惊喜来源于旁边海面上突然出现了一个小海豚群，此起彼伏的跃出水面。最
近真是跟海豚有缘，上个月底在去加州Catalinda岛的船上也碰到一个大海豚群。

这个Marriott尽管也给了套间，但感觉明显不如凯悦。最蛋疼的一点，早餐只给2个人
的Continental Breakfast，如果要升级到All American Breakfast（有热食）要加$5,
第3个人也要单独付，整个早餐厅阳光偏暗，总之清水湾万豪这个酒店就是不推荐。下
面继续Road Trip，离开Clearwater，来到Sarasota。

计算方法有点疑问。
在计算FCFF和FCFE的时候，需要计算WCInv和Net borrowing。
根据SchweserNotes书里的例子（Book3 p.190)，WCInv=increase in (Accounts
Receivalbe+Inventory-Accounts Payable)。也就是说，在计算Working Capital的时
候，是排除Cash和short term debt的。然后Net borrwoing=increase in (long-term
debt+short-term debt)。
但是在模拟卷第51题的答案里，WCInv=increase in (Current Asset-Current
Liability)，也就是说，在计算Working Capital的时候，包含了所有的Current
