缺的是primary care practitioner, 专科医生缺口不是非常大，也就是说比较饱和。
(3) 那么怎么解决primary care的空缺？
是不是一定要expand IM or FM的residency才能解决？ 现在来看并不是这样，或者说
并不尽然，有翻了几番的midlevel such as nurse practitioner or PA出来解决这个

Many NG production lines got shutdown due to losing money
business in the last 2-3 years. Very few NG producers can make money
when NG is at $3 or lower. In the last 2 year NG price went
as long as $2 or less. It doesn't make sense to have the production
lines up running to keep losing money.

（1）什麽是shortage pymt: $29.31，因为税的增加，我只有escrow account的缺少，
就是现在我每月交506.33就可以补足了，为什麽还有这个shortage pymt
(2)去年我每月交1355.10， 下面有个选择是：payment including shortage:1407.44;
payment if shortage paid in full: 1378.13.我不明白的为什麽，payment if

没有完全看懂，特别是数字。你是不是说通过你的计算，你现在每月缴纳 506.33，就
能保证你的 account 不是负数，但是 escrow 要求你每月多缴纳 29.31？这个不奇怪
，escrow 总是要求你多付款去保证他们能按时缴纳 property tax 等。我现在 escrow
平均而言有 $6K 的 balance。不过我的 escrow 有 2.5% 的利率，所以我也不怎么在
乎放几千大洋，呵呵。
(2)去年我每月交1355.10， 下面有个选择是：payment including shortage:1407.44;
payment if shortage paid in full: 1378.13.我不明白的为什麽，payment if
shortage paid in full不是我去年的1355.10
可能是 escrow 估算你今年的 property tax 等增加 |
