我住在DEKALB COUNTY，2011年他们把房子在COUNTY的APPRAISED VALUE搞低。拿我的房
子和我住的那条街的邻居来说，举个例子，原来38万的房子，现在评估值32万（下调>=
5%），也就是5000多的税变成了4000多。
一点也不夸张，他们调整了【所有】PROPERTY的价格，而且全部是往下调。也没有
APPRAISER去各家评估，完全是根据市场数据CURVE出来的。表面看来，房主都很开心啊
