shortsell is just a shortened process by selling the home for less than what
the borrower owes the bank.
but no matter what, the borrower will not get his/her downpayment back,
which would always consider a significant amount. in addtion, the credit
score will be lowered by as much as 200 points. so destroying the home is

求我们在一个月之内办好所有的手续并Close.
当时由于上家欠水电费等，这个房子已经被银行关掉了水电，我们的Offer中写的验房
的过程迟迟不能进行。
当然这是个3年新的房子，我也可以不验，但是Mortgage公司缺需要验房报告才能贷给
我款，
这种情况我该如何处理呢？

我买的shortsell也是market上面半年没有卖掉, 结果我一有意offer, 就说
已经有N个了。然后同样的套路，说我不是最高的，并且说明天就要选offer递交给银行
了，要我加钱。说我的价格肯定买不到。但是最后我offer了比原先意向offer更低M万
的。也买到了。而且非常快得买到了。说明我的offer还是高了，并且并不存在那N-1个
offer.
你这个肯定不存在比你高的cash offer, 如果真有的话，listing agent会非常开心得
立即把那个 cash offer给递上去。不会为了让你加两万元而放弃递交那个cash offer
的。要知道cash offer的价值在short sell 和reo中是高于2.5万的，对于你这个价格
来说。
我感觉你们这个case是buyer agent串通seller agent一起骗你的钱，为了maximize
commission fee.
如果你们对这个房子不是非得到不可的，就撤回44万offer, 给一个不超过42万的offer
就可以了。 |

左右开盘。也可能开盘猛砸，然后Shortseller Cover， 推高到7块左右。 我等到周一
收盘前再决定，反正也没多少钱。 Celladon的Pipeline里还有好几个小分子药即将进
入临床。这也是当时买的一个考虑因素，不全是为了MYDICAR。 明天早上5：30有
Investor的会议，希望得到更多的一点信息，包括失败的原因，另外值得注意的是该药
物没有安全性方面的问题。 |

两笔买卖都在2011年，两笔买在2010卖在2011（不到一年的SHORTSELL）。最后一笔买
在2002卖在2011，但WELLSFARGO的报告里没有买入价（从AMERITRADE转来的）。
求教这三类都应该填8949 表吗（A，B，C如何选）？
