外洲车和驾照。
在9w south上,往hillside ave 右拐时,由于右边的shoulder太宽,以为右边的
shoulder是右拐lane。在红灯时,从右边shoulder绕过前面的两三辆车,往右拐了(没
有no turn on red的sign)。
距离这个路口0.8mile的地方有个shoulder for emergency use only的sign,很隐蔽,
路本身有点弯,而且旁边还有很多树枝(我拐的时候这个sign已经在我背后了),所以根
本没有看到。
在9w上,另外两个可以右拐的路口都有专门的右拐lane (转去Closter Dock Rd 和W
Clinton Ave的两个路口)。第一次走hillside就被抓了。给了个improper passing的
ticket,好像有四点还是五点来着。
约了8月9号去court,目的是把点降到最低,0最好。不知道有没有可能。大家说说我该
怎么跟法官讲呢?

Drop your shoulders in sockets, don't over extend them.
Align your shoulder and weight in body frame.
Tighten your arm pit, connect your lat and shoulder. The main force should
come from lats, not shoulders. For example, when you are doing press,
imagine push yourself away from dumbbells instead of pressing them up.

我的体会是press和snatch一定要小心,第一年做10个以上reps,所作的重量要比你要努
力能handle的重量退一级。还有一定要drop shoulder in socket, 你可以试试拿一个
kb overhead lockout, 在屋里走来走去,体会下drop shoulder和不drop shoulder的

大学以来一直踢球,所以体质不错,耐力和爆发力都有,主要是下肢的,上肢比较
弱,但肩膀比较宽,就是没有肉,跟老美打篮球和踢足球的时候觉得实在是力量太小,
本人172,体重145磅(来美国长了10磅的肥肉),遂开始健身长肌肉。今年元旦以后开
始比较规律的去GYM,间隔1到2天,每周至少三次,锻炼完吃蛋白粉,5磅的一罐三个月
吃了2/3。
这期间在版上看了很多的帖子,网上也找了些健身动作视频,不断改进计划和动作
。经过三个多月的锻炼, bench press 95-130(斜上动作不敢做), dumb bell bench
press 单手35-50, treadmill 1mile-3mile 不大喘,还有其他一些器械,都长了10-
20公斤左右,现在体重149磅,脂肪明显下降(可能是跑步,篮球和足球玩得多)。胸

直接上数据吧,很弱,轻拍
176cm 160lbs
基本的ROUTINE是一周三到四次。
胸背一天,手臂肩膀一天。循环两次。饮食基本一日四餐,也是按着高蛋白低脂的标准
来。一天大概1/2 LBS COTTAGE CHEESE代替蛋白粉。
1. bench press+ cable fly+back seated row+assisted pullup
2. bicep curls(2 exercises)+ tricep dips+ tricep pushdowns+shoulder press+
shoulder fly
bench press: 105lbs 瓶颈好久了,一直没提高,而且明显感觉耐力不够,一般到第6
个rep就开始困难。最近在开始尝试5by5,不知道对冲击瓶颈有没有效果。
cable fly: 27.5lbs*2
back seated row: 100lbs
assisted pullup: 体重减60/70 lbs
bicep curls: 27.5lbs dumbbell
tricep dips: 体重-20lbs

rotation, or both. I would:
1) Stretch the pecs with the doorway stretch everyday from now on. Also do
this every time after your bench session (or/and in between sets).
2) Start doing shoulder dislocation before you squat:

Cornerback Ball Skills
It isn't stressed enough how important ball skills are to being a Great
Cornerback. I've heard too many times, after a cornerback drops a pick, "
That's why he's a cornerback: no hands."
I dislike when people make comments like that. It is a cornerback's
responsibility to make that play.

also.. the right shoulder part.. I would agree the shoulder is supposed to
turn around the spine. don't try to drop the right shoulder to think a solid
contact. it's not a right thought (it's one of issue my instructor pointed
out for me).
the drop of right shoulder in the downswing will cause the speed loss of
golf head, also easily hit fat..

Thanks ET for your comments. I have been working on my takeway since you
left. Yes, It still looks like take to the insider a little bit quicker. As
for the right shoulder part, well, I would agree shoulder should turn around
the spine, But it seems that I lost my spine angle during the downswing, so
my shoulder line become flatter cause the tendency to swing from outside-in
. I just hope by dropping my right shoulder a little could help me to
maintain the spine angle or I should think maintain

I am not saying you have to tilt away from target. some pro dont, like those
stack and tilt guys. But that's what I believe a good golf swing should
have. Below are some comments from an instructor.
WHY would you want to EVER set your shoulders "level" at address when your
right hand is 3" - 4" BELOW your left hand on the club.......your right
shoulder should ALWAYS be the same amount below your left shoulder as your

Will try this. I believe this would ensure "right elbow pointing down to
turf", also prevent my right shoulder to get too loose and stay too much
lower than right shoulder.
Watched you video in "保留区", your arm-shoulders triangle is very symmetric.
Yesterday after work, went to driving range after almost 2 month, with more
reading and video watching memorized.
I realize my upper body flexibility is no good, shoulder could only turn 45
degree more than hips. Lot of pro 90 degree. if i want to turn

你说你用的FULL SIZE,怎么出来的SHOULDER长度会不一样?你用了润滑了吗?LEE的步
枪DIE都不太好,虽然便宜。例外重要的是SHOULDER到弹底的尺寸,而不是SHOULDER到
壳口的尺寸。还有就是2。622的全长好像有点小。我以前都是用2。8左右的全长。另外
要注意不要COMPRESSED LOAD,COMPRESS的火药有可能把SHOULDER挤变形的。我曾经遇
上过这么一发,但一下找不到以前的照片了。

早上一大早就醒了,坐在床上上网,看例行的东西, 其中当然包括看枪看弹药看各种
附件。
今天主要看一个东西,那就是shoulder holster。
猛人唐纳在圣地亚哥一带游荡,让人有点胆颤心惊,而我的枪还没有holster,在家里
走到哪拿到哪,甚是不便。
常见的挂腰杆上的holster,不是很适合家用,因为下班回家后要卸装,穿宽松的家居
服,而且坐在沙发上桌子前的时候,腰上别一个东西也咯着不舒服。
好一点的shoulder holster要一百多,便宜一点的三四十但通用size,最后坐在床上,
左思右想,东比西比,最后在amazon进了一个sportsman's guide的Beretta 92
Shoulder Holster with Double Mag Pouch (http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/beretta-92-shoulder-holster-with-double-mag-pouch.aspx?a=371464)。
所有费用加上共$88,应该是一个不错的折衷,希望不要让我失望。

long pitch或者link pitches的话,有的时候10个draw会有点不够用,所以弄了12个。
shoulder的sling主要是应付natural anchor的。我还嫌cordelette重,经常不拿,用
挂在shoulder的dyneema/nylon slings set up belay。是多了点,没一次用光的,特
别放在shoulder的slings。不过这些都很轻,for the peace of mind,我就总是err
on the safe side。毕竟多拿的这几个draw/slings重量可能还不顶一个medium size的
nut的。我全部rack到harness,shoulder就这么几根sling,也就不嫌累赘。

1. 人体在一个 cylinder 里面运动. 假想 水密度很 dense.
2. streamline. arm 的 stretch 和 leg 的 kick, 都在 cylinder里面。
3. protect shoulder. pull 时候 keep arm 和 shoulder 垂直。over rotate 会造成
shoulder 受伤。减少shoulder 三角肌肉群发力。 更多运用背部肌肉。
针对我个人来说:
1. breath 4-4-2 arm strike 比 都是 2次 strike 要好。 这应该是我strike/
breath 的 节奏。
2. kick 保持低频率, constant 1,2,1,2,1,2 , 就像 clock 一样。
3. keep water line 在 额头。头多抬一些

This is caused by the poor shoulder flexibility. I guess you can not put
your hands together and raise your arms straight up comfortably so that your
arms and body in a straight line. It bends at your shoulders. So when you
hold the board with your hands and front arms, your legs are too low in the
water. However, if you put the board under your upper arms and shoulders,
your legs get high and you can kick more efficiently. I suggest you to get a

I have man shoulders. I always hated them, till last year or the year before
. I realize I just have to give up trying those styles that don't go with
the broad shoulders, no matter how much I love them, and stick with the ones
that flatter broad shoulders.
Luckily I never liked lolita style, that would've been really really hard
one to pull off for any one with broad shoulders.
