车被冻住了，昨天好心的同事送我回家帮我挖车，结果铲子断了。那个雪，真是
rockyhard啊！
被吓到了，对于一个过去不开车的孩子，哪里经历过这种事儿。
终于清干净了轮子，发动，但是一直原地打滑。
发了贴（参见本版高楼），咨询了各路达人。无奈没有铲子没有盐，中午，好容易盼来
了善良小伙伴的盐，无奈小伙伴急着送盐，从公司的盐罐子拿的，正直的小伙伴只拿了
一点点，撒了周边而不是轮胎底下。。。
于是只能等盐的威力化雪了！
对于一个轻微强迫症的急性子，总觉得不是事儿。下午各路明明不帮忙人士各种虚假的
过来问车出来没有，不堪骚扰的我于是下去看，发现离化开甚远，于是决定借助人力，
拿起邻居铲子继续铲，铲啊铲，铲到胳膊算了，后背出汗，铲到车底下时候，上一次铲
车蹭掉漆的惨案浮现在眼前，姐犹豫了。。。

我曾经觉得郁闷的是，我公司的老板有点control freak。
当年，下大雪，大家无法上班了。我只好在家工作。结果，收到他给所有员工的信，说:
"make sure you work the hours, and not count the shovel time"
铲雪的时间不能算在工作时间里。我靠，你说，对于我这种做编程，脑力劳动的，是时
间能衡量的吗？
我知道，他这信主要是针对零售店的员工说的，但，我听着就是不舒服。委屈啊。
不过，anyhow, suck it up吧。我觉得美国人说的这个词很好，suck it up, 生活没有
尽如人意的。 |

- 口里有食物时不要说话，吞了再说话。(don't talk with your mouth full)

2. for primary applicant(s), it is not easy to make changes as the whole
family is "rooted" on you
3. not all companys understand the difference between EAD and GC. And some

Given avalanche dangers the shovel, of course, is standard gear at this time

the year. It does come in handy for all sorts of other things as well. Digging
out a kitchen has already been mentioned and is highly recommended and
necessary if you are exposed to the wind.
Also if you are using a 3 season tent you should use the snow from digging
your tent platform to build up walls around your tent (minimum 4 feet). The

least 5 extra pounds. We only have one big backpack, therefore all the
major beasts were put into that one single bag. Not mention we also brought
