有引
进。唯一一个上映这两部的是要开车40多mile的纽约华人聚居地法拉盛旁边的showcase
。远也就罢了，可是来回还要交15块的过桥费，算下来看一场电影要花将近40块的费用
和额外两个小时的commute。看来还是这两部片子在美国的影响力远不及功夫熊猫3，只
有等dvd出来了。 |

家。
前段时间去Epic onsite，拿了个offer。我个人比较倾向于直接放弃这个offer,毕竟他
家做的东西太specific找下家很难，同时这家公司在版上的风评也不好。可我有几个朋
友建议说先接了，反正是at will的没什么约束力。而且万一夏天那会儿实在找不到工
作，也算有个去处。
不知道大家对这种情况怎么看。我要不要先接受了这个offer呢？ |

我之前也掏了这东西一段时间，感觉做好这几点就行,
经常的被问到， concurrency, 怎么 scale big, maintainable
网站能separate service layer(backend, frontend), 前端,后端, 数据库完全独立.
例子： 1. 后端server出问题了，前端server还能运行display页面.
2. 前端坏了，你还能从后端拿数据.
一个例子是，你老板跟你说，我不想用这个tomcat前端server了，把前端的server换成
node js . 你的java backend sevice还在，可以很容易换掉front end.

nontechnical的面试，目前在两个offe之间选择一下，完全菜鸟很迷茫，求指导
第一家是软件公司，算大公司吧，position叫innovation engineer，说是一个MBA和三
个engineer做一个小组，两个月的时间做个产品的prototype出来，最终会有showcase
什么的。rate给的很高，比一般coder intern职位高不少。面试全部都是behavioral问
题，一轮就给offer了。
当我觉得这样已经够水的时候，出现了更水的面试，是个startup，below 50人的样子
，产品还没launch，约在cafe和他们的cto随便聊了10分钟的样子，behavioral都没问
，完全就是small talk，就问我要不要加入他们，可以去公司参观还有跟他们现在的
engr聊天。职位是backend java coder，rate给的很低，是第一家的一半都不到，我说
我有这样一个offer，你让我考虑一下。结果刚走没半小时，email就过来要match第一

Brookings Institute 的 RossHammond 和密西根大学的 Robert Axelrod 在2006年做
