想问一问，如果EB1的140和485一起递上去，140几个月后批准了，那么485大约要花多

一个月多一天，中间还有goverment showdown 的半个月。。。还算顺利吧。。。
NIW更快，我是八月23号投递的，九月十二号收到的。大概就用二十天。不过，我投递
的时候，用的是O1签证。。
不过，你说的对，PP之后容易被RFE。 我申请O1visa的时候，公司给办了PP，十五天的
最后一天，给了PP。律师特别火大，认为移民官没有看清材料，他们还申请了复议，但
最后还是没有通过。于是我又用花了一周准备了补充材料，周五递上去，周一就
approval。
嗯。回头把我的经历写个清单，感谢mitbbs的帮忙。。。

扑克玩家的成长
这是我对扑克玩家的成长一点心得，不一定都是对的，总是有特例的，但我想对大
多数人来说是差不多的。
级别1：
刚刚学会打牌的规则，没有任何技巧的概念，打牌基本是乱玩。
级别2：
看了一点资料，可能看了一本书，知道了pot odds, position, 知道了打牌要tight
aggressive, 不过其实并不懂为什么， 也不知道怎么样打才叫tight aggressive, 打
牌的技巧基本只知道preflop, flop, 如果问问题的话，一般只记得自己有什么牌，
flop上有什么牌，对每个人的动作只记得是bet/check/raise, 不在意下注的大小，
大家的位置，stack 大小，等等。这时候记得的牌多半是AA/KK 这种牌。
级别3：

话，那对DC的冲击会小很多，现在几百亿从discretionary spending中砍，这对DC冲击
很大，因为DC这边的工作基本主要依靠discretionary spending，要么直接给政府打工
，要么工作的公司和政府有合约。砍mandatory spending，冲击基本算全国性的，受影
响的范围大了，每个地方能感受的冲击也会小下来。
不过很多数字都是非常严峻的，以后还有更多要做的，高赤字，随着baby boom的退休
潮,接下来几年内retiree ：worker的ratio会升高得很快，USPS每年亏损巨大，去年亏
损$159亿，。。。很多很多方面都需要政府非常tough非常痛苦的决定。
其实想想未必是坏事，美国是该稍微勒紧腰带节约点过日子，花费了太多的资源，浪费
资源的现象太多了，节约点对地球有好处。
