羊肉总体好像脂肪和热量都没有猪肉，牛肉高。 一般的肉的味道没有很特别，
羊的腿(shrank) 和排骨最好吃。 特别是smoke的，真的很香呵呵，可惜smoke 的不健
康，不能吃太多。
我自己试着做过烤羊腿， 但做的不好吃。 |

那时候在加州4个月做了个项目，生活不规律，又狂吃中餐馆
然后立马回国休假3个星期继续吃
回到美国一看，要死了，上班的衣服都穿不下了
这也太亏了，只好拼命锻炼减下来
后来跑去我们New York Office出差
同事看到我第一句话就是r u OK? you look like you shrank!
现在又涨回来不少. :(

讲个笑话。 我总是对儿子说，你不乖，就SHRANKE你，回到妈妈的肚子里，或者就回去
当BABY。我儿子总是哭着说，他不能往回长。
我觉得孩子的教育也是，得切合实际。不能拔苗助长。 也不能把孩子硬往低处摁。
我两个孩子。老大呢，每门课都是Ａ， 高中已经修了一大把的大学课程，我也从来不
用操任何心，只负责接送和付钱。我如果非要逼着孩子爬藤，可能也能爬到藤上去。不
过老大自己选择轻松有趣的人生，我为什么逼着她爬藤？
老二呢，我操一堆心，不是Ａ的很多。我经常要被叫去开家长会的。呵呵，我就是逼着
老二爬藤估计也爬不上。
每次谈起老二来，我们老大就是一副乐天的样子，“妈妈，不要紧。我们将来就帮弟弟
找适合他的工作，他喜欢的工作。有很多他喜欢，也适合他的工作的！＂
别的妈妈都疲于奔命。我一个人工作， 一个人照顾两个孩子，但是我们依旧很快活。
我觉得轻松快乐，非常重要。

财政部发债，向来是从国外投资者回流资金的手段，这是过去几十年来，美国的货币发
行越来越多，债务越来越多，美元谁有回落，却依旧有信誉的做全球货币的主因。现在
由于美国结帐的速度空前，中国终于发现这游戏不能玩了，于是前几期开始匿名买家的
出现越来越频繁，直至2月18，干脆是开面具，由美联储直接购买财政部的债，这就是
美方说的，中国不买，有的是买家? 这也就是说，中国用十多年的外贸盈余所挣的8000
亿血汗美债，美联储开个会，半年内就可以发行接近一半的价值。
等欧洲的危机一过，美元的危机就会浮现，可悲的是，在这个号称全球最民主的国家，
这么大的一个打击民生的事件，居然所有主流媒体都噤若寒蝉。

的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？
