点了一个Seared RARE ahi tuma， 就是鱼生，不过外面一层sear了一下，赞！100分！
主菜俺是mixed shellfish newburg，用的sherry lobster sauce 和西班牙green
sauce的mix， 鲜甜入口，配以不知名的蔬菜（介于蕨菜和西兰花之间的一种菜）和
long rice，超强的感觉。打95分。
ld是 baked atlantic cod，入口翠，然后中间鱼肉的细腻和芳香散发的很慢。虽然没
有加任何佐料，不过让人回味起来有一种味蕾的悸动。配以梅汁炮制的糯米饭和
shredded的西红柿和洋蓟，恰到好处，可打90分。
味道值得
虽然分量不是太多，不过两人吃饱没问题。
结帐时直接把打印的cert放在gc一起，no question asked。
服务态度好，环境幽雅，饭店里面摆放的鲜花。
小费给了18% 心情好。

1/3 slice 烤干的面包片，可以用crouton代替，一两个就够了
1/4 cup cream cheese
3 瓣大蒜，切成末
盐，胡椒少许
牛奶 2 table spoon
Mozzarella cheese 少许，shredded。
做法：
烤箱预热375F。
化好的cream cheese里面加上碾成末的面包碎，＋胡椒，盐，大蒜末，拌匀
spread到刨腹的大虾上面，撒上Mozzarella cheese
烤25分钟
吃法：
张嘴，用筷子/叉子/牙 |

1.切french bread 0.5inch 厚的小块。 放到烤盘上，均匀滴 1/2tsp olive oil 在
每个小块上, 烤箱350F烤5分钟。蒜瓣
切成2瓣， 在每个烤好的面包正面(放油的一面) 搓 一遍 。
2.甜椒切成小条，锅了放橄榄油, 少许盐 炒直到出水变柔软
3. 混合 炒好的甜椒，2table spoon fresh parsley, 1/4 tsb black pepper, cheese
, 如果不够咸可以在加点盐。
4. 把3放到面包上 开吃！ |

我有cuisinart 14 cup food processor,用4mm slice disc 可以切土豆丝。这里有个窍门，先把土豆放进去切片，然后把土豆片竖着放进去再切一下，出来的就是土豆丝。个人觉得如果用6mm的slice disc，出来的效果会更好，不过要另外去order 了。千万别用shred disc 来切土豆丝，出来的太细太软，像萝卜丝。 |

我觉得这个很适合孕初期反应厉害，想要吃酸的准妈们，经济实惠又不用烤箱，五分钟
就能搞定。
我是懒人，也不怎么会做东西~~求大家轻拍~
材料：
新鲜西红柿三个，大蒜2片，小半个红色洋葱，适量橄榄油，香菜（optional）。
tortilla wraps（我选的是全麦的）
shredded mozzarella cheese （或者任何自己喜欢吃的cheese）
pepperoni片 （我买的是切好的，没选fat free）
黄油，盐，胡椒调味。
准备工作：
这部分麻烦点。。把西红柿+大蒜+洋葱+橄榄油+香菜放在blender里面打碎成糊状，放
盐跟胡椒调味，然后放进一小锅里面大火烧开、再小伙慢炖，不需要太长时间，5分钟
就好，目的是让西红柿酱稍微稠一点。好了以后就装在容器里面放凉，再冷冻保存了。
吃的时候拿出来就可以了。
做法：
1，在不粘锅上放一些黄油（我试过植物油，但是不知道为什么tortilla总是焦黑的）
