- 将Waymo申诉的商业秘密从九项减为八项。
被排除在申诉范围外的商业秘密在本案中被标识为96号，该商业秘密被描述为激光雷达
系统中传送光束的pcb电路图。[1] 而这项商业秘密正是Waymo赖以声称Uber与工程师
Levandowski合谋盗取商业秘密的关键。 在一次听证会中，Waymo方代表律师Jordan
