在人民币升值和美国楼市低迷之后，中国的地产商拿着大笔美元开始在美国寻找机会。看上去，他们对出资额并不在乎，对控制权问题也避而不谈，市场才是他们最看重的。这一幕，在上世纪80年代的美国市场曾经出现，只是主角从日本投资者换成了中国人。
