刚问了一个玩乐器的朋友。他说audio interface其实就是个audio industry and PC
industry 之间的转换器。接上audio设备再数字化传给电脑。他说还不如买个audio
mixer它也带麦克电源（可能麦放就不一定了），这样你又多了mix的功能又没有浪费声
卡的数字化功能（通过声卡的line in把mixer的输出传给声卡）。我的声卡是Creative
Audigy 2 Plantium。它的说明上有这么一句话：
"To use a dynamic microphone, place the shunt onto jumper JP1 on the Audigy
2 drive. To use a condenser microphone, make sure that the shunt is removed

I took care of this 17 years old girl 2 days ago, who came to surgical floor
for VP shunt replacement for her pseudo cerebri disease. Primarily she
presented to neurologist for her 7 years history of headache, which is
constant, both sides, 4-5/10 in intensity, vague trigger factor, acerbating
two times every month,lasting one week, at the point, pain would reach 8-9/

). as long as edema is reasonably controlled, you don't want to have too
much of the drugs.
2. the arrangement is very slow. in the US, such fast-growing tumors are

the same day a probable diagnosis is reached, which can be in the weekend.

Etiology (what caused the cirrhosis) sometime matters.
It also depends on the severity of cirrhosis and a lot of blood markers need
to be checked for assessment such as CBC (look at anemia and platelet count

affected, combined with low platelet count, patient is at risk for bleeding

大，这里做B超的儿医说可能会有语言行动障碍，要置入shunt，找国内的医生看超声图
说应该没什么问题。结果生下来找neurosergury医生, 现在9个多月了，做了不少B超,
MR都说没有问题，neurosurgury医生说一岁半再找他检查一下，如果还是一样以后不用
找他了...

发帖数: 13 | 50 长期潜水，但是和LZ妹妹有类似的经历，也经历很多痛苦的等待，所以上来说一下。首
先脑积水很多情况下只是variation of normal,小孩子可以慢慢自己吸收。如果不得已
需要手术，美国的技术现在还是很发达的。
造成脑积水的原因有很多，可能是基因，羊水过多/糖妈，堵塞。如果是因为羊水过多
，医生可能建议提前生以免脑积水恶化。我当时羊水略微偏多，我就使劲控制血糖，希
望可以帮助降低羊水（不知道这有没有用，但是生之前其他也没什么好办法。后来羊水
和积水确实有少量的下降，至少没有增加）.如果有堵塞，baby可能需要做手术（
shunting）。
家长可以做的是：
1， 和医生谈，小孩子什么时候出生比较有利。我当时生之前一个月每星期都要去
做B超，医生说如果积水上升的很快，baby就要提前生，以免恶化。反之，baby足月比
较好。
2， 我的医生提前通知了新生儿医生（Neotologist，不是平时看的儿医），新生儿
医生订了新生儿B超和physical therapist ,即便我们的baby出生时看起来很正常。
