例如矩阵的特征根是整数显然是偶然的。我们就可以说非整的情况是generic的。
btw:发表超过10年的，没有任何知名度的，堆积数学名词的自动控制文章，
99.999999%是垃圾文章。搞来搞去往往只是为了说一点小屁事，而且是用基本
的算术和不等式估计就能搞定的那种。
