6月26日上午11时05分，两列“复兴号”从京沪两地同时对开首发。这是中国标准
动车组的正式亮相。中国标准少不了“中国芯”——大功率IGBT（绝缘栅双极型晶体管
）技术。正是它悄然把控着机车的自动控制和功率变换。
这项被誉为“皇冠上的明珠”的现代机车车辆技术，被德国、日本等国把控了30年
。如今，由中车株洲电力机车研究所有限公司（以下简称“中车株洲所”）研发突破，
实现了自主国产化。
中车株洲所半导体事业部副总经理罗海辉透露，IGBT芯片从前期研发到产业化，都
有国家战略在引导。他说，每个IGBT的制造需要通过200多道工序，涉及机械、半导体
、材料、化工等多门复杂学科，目前能在国际上制造大功率IGBT芯片的国家屈指可数。
目前，中车株洲所投资14亿元建设了国内第一条8英寸的IGBT芯片生产基地，成为

1． 1984年开始推重比10发动机预研的技术论证，1988年4月召开了预研选题论证
会，1990年正式立项开题。
2． 1994年完成了6个总体方案的顶层设计，完成了项目指南和综合论证，1993～
1996年开展对俄合作。
3． 1995年已基本确定了推重比10发动机总体方案。有些课题，如平均级压比达1

说最新现状：
目前最新的用于伯克IIA驱逐舰的SPY-1D(V)是2005年完成初始作战测试与评估的。虽然
是PESA无源相控阵雷达，但美国人在后端信号处理方面玩了各种花活儿，提升了低空目
标、濒海复杂环境目标，以及电子对抗能力，以及对弹道导弹探测能力。
2012年进入满负荷生产，装备到DDG 91到122。
增加了一个多任务信号处理器MMSP，以同时支持防空作战和反弹道导弹作战。
这个MMSP主要随着“驱逐舰现代化升级”项目更新到老舰，如2015年改造完的DDG 53是
第一艘。
DDG 113以后的新舰则是自带了。
