感情500多页的大书就讲了一个计算MAF的公式……
不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结，缺点说的很到位：

，chrome轻便多了，速度快多了，看起来也简洁多了。
以前一直说如果chrome没有像firefox的bookmark sidebar，绝不会换到chrome，现在
还是换过来了，毕竟chrome除了简洁轻便速度快，用google的产品比较好，如果有多个
gmail帐号，chorme允许multi account sign in,换邮箱时就不用sign out再sign in。 |

装很久了，不记得了，不会强加什么的，即使有，也只是问问要不要google desktop之类的其他产
品，选择不要就是了。我觉得美国这边不比国内一些网站，强加一些东西，比如搜狗拼音，我现在也不
用了，改用了谷歌拼音。
用了一段时间，发现chrome也有很多很好的extensions,功能挺好的，和firefox的add on差不
多，以前一直没用chrome，有些优点不知道而已。当然每个人喜欢的不一样，现在用chrome的还不
多，chrome用户抱怨最多的还是bookmark做得不好，没有sidebar。但我个人喜欢简洁快速的浏览
器。 |

match條件的charity.
凡是pets的捐款，捐完後就在OCEF版上那個帖截圖跟貼，如果不想公開，就pm我。 我
會收集名單，更新捐款紀錄。到數額就可以選學校命名。選定學校後，中國方面的義工
會提供購買圖書的書單和書架等等開支。 取決於籌到多少錢，買多少東西。
一般而言，$1000可以配800-1000冊書籍，如果pets籌到的善款超過1000美金，餘錢就
可以再配上書架，寫字台，再多的話，就可以從頭到尾一磚一瓦起一間圖書室。
文學城我愛我家版因為人比較多，所以捐的是學校，一磚一瓦從頭起。他們已經和OCEF
合作過2次了，分別是四川晏家林完小，云南水草坝完小。合作模式就比較成熟，現在
起的是第三間，在貴州大方縣。OCEF和文學城家版先請第三方實地探訪後選定學校，然
後和OCEF簽訂協議，附上施工圖紙和施工預算。 最後在版面集資，跟帖認捐。目前已
經籌到$25,210，已經開工建設了。

我立刻终止了下载并删除下载任务，但"Downloads"项仍显示

电影的下载项又重新出现并恢复下载。
是不是这样理解：在我误击"$19.99 Buy"的时候，
购买行为即被认定已经发生，并且(就算下载未完成也)无法撤消？

iTunes版的redemption code，用该code先免费下载，然后才不小心误击sidebar里的按
钮。所以这属于duplicate purchase。如果纯粹是误击，也许真的像你一样要不回来了。

近越来越慢. 机器越来越牛逼, 用户体验越来越差, 想当年在windows下用maxthon的时
候都没这么卡过.
ms office也是, 界面越来越花哨, 速度越来越慢. mac版的启动速度简直无法忍受. |
