lane， 一条左转only 两条直行， 两条右转only）的时候，换右lane 没有打灯， 因
为Moto way 直接并入的是 直行lane，我突然发现前方要右转， 所以换lane 时考虑时
间很短 没有打灯。
Ticket上写的是： operate a motor vehicle on a street or highway by failing
to give a signal plainly visible to the driver of another vehicle for the
intention to stop, start or turn.. (G.S. 20-154)
我刚查了(G.S. 20-154)的条文，最后一条写着A violation of this section shall
not constitute negligence per se.
这张ticket的Penalty 是$25 court costs $136, 总共$161, t |

到家一看 还不能付钱认罚 非要去court
最后给的理由： 39:4 66.2 Avoiding traffic Signal by way of operating a
vehicle on public or private property
非要上法庭 这是个什么情况？ 需要去请律师么？ 看到最严重的情况 会判15天监狱
