新人请教各位一个买车的付款问题，恐怕之前有人问过。买了一个新的马自达，冲着他的60
个月0APR去的，买车的时候给了他们社会安全号，信用通过了，签了字。后来要求要看签证
，签证还有30个月的有效期，马自达规定说如果是外国人，贷款长度最多到签证的截至日期，
于是今天跟我们说0APR只能用在30个月上，等于是每个月的付款要翻倍，要不就lease，不
过显然不划算，我们不会考虑。也可以找一个绿卡或者美国公民的co-signee,但是要证明
有紧密的关系，但是我们在美国没有任何亲戚，恐怕朋友和同学不能过关，他们明天告诉我
去要什么样的关系证明。之前签的合约无效了，我们也可以退车，不过再买别的车太麻烦了，
不想折腾。我们如果无法拿到60个月0APR的话，就跟他谈谈价格，如果能降低一些的话，

在过去半年多的时间里，引起海内外广泛关注的中国学界最大的新闻之一，就是贵院
2002年毕业生刘菊花硕士学位论文涉嫌抄袭事件。
据不完全统计，包括中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、新华社在内的多家权威媒体报道
了该事件，网络媒体对此事件的转载和传播更是不计其数。不仅如此，《中国日报》对
该事件的英文报道还将这一丑闻传遍了全世界。因此，依法对刘菊花硕士论文涉嫌抄袭
案加以查处，不仅事关刘菊花本人，而且关系到贵院、中国研究生与学位教育质量、人
文社会科学界乃至整个中国学术界在海内外的学术信誉。然而，半年多时间过去了，刘
菊花硕士论文抄袭事件迄今仍未见到处理结论。因此，我们决定给贵院及主要负责同志
写这封公开信，以表达我们对这一事件的严重关注。

It doesn't matter whoever it belongs to, it does not belong to Japan.
Potsdam declaration was the basis for the Japan's term of surrender, and it
states that Japanese territory is only the 4 home islands and whatever
islands the declaration's participants determined. Since China was one of
the signee of that declaration, China has the right to determine the island
does not belong to Japan. |

同学, 逻辑啊逻辑. 怎么总有人想当然认为"one of the ..."就可以做全部决定呢?
比如, 中国的前途应该由中国人民决定, 我是"one of "中国人民, 我能不能决定
中国所有财产归我所有?

Logic, logic. If you say just "one of the" signee couldn't determine the
island's ownership by itself, then US couldn't determine that by itself.
And since China obviously doesn't agree to Japanese ownership, and Russia
doesn't seem to agree to it either, it's at best a tie for giving the island
to Japan. Then obviously Japan doesn't have ownership. |

至于您如何得到这个推论的(比如您后来分析什么美国表示不持立场...),
这个您当时没说, 我没兴趣替辩论对手找证据(傻子才那么干呢, 您说是不是?)
从您当时文章的意思看, 您就是在说: 因为中国是签约国一员, 所以中国有权决定
该岛不属于日本.
这个"因为...所以"成立么? 其实因为的是什么? 因为的是签约国其他国家也如何如何.
您这不是典型的贪天功为己有么.
什么叫逻辑错误? 逻辑错误不是说您的事实错误, 是说您的推断过程(就是所谓的
"因为... 所以..."的论述)出了问题. 您犯的就是这个错误. 您要是有其他"因为"
(从后面您的贴子看, 您好象是有), 您当时就该说. 当时不说, 就是错.
