and dublin blvd by the Amerian Tire Co. they sale Sigua and the garvar beans
( chinse bian3dou4. purple or white.) every summer. I go to india store
because of these two vegetables. Lion City sale them year around. but they
are not fresh most of time. The sigua sale in india store are much fresher.
Their veg are cheaper than Ranch. |

And Almeda: how do you plant Leek? Did you put the whole leek in , or only
leave 2-3 inches above the root, like we usually do with green onions. |

was alright.
too bad they didn't have yang rou chuan for us to try yet. sigua & shrimp
xiao rong bao was sold out, looking forward to trying that next time. |

Lunch: tuna sandwich with toasted whole wheat bread - 600
Dinner: 2 sigua + 2 egg soup + 1 tomoato - 500
Total: 1250
Exercise: exhausted. skipped
Plus: good portion control
Delta: could add variety in my diet |

Exercise: couldn't. skipped
Plus: reasonable portion control
Delta: need to add the variety in my diet. the cafe waitor already
remembered what I normally order. |

1 pink rose(walmart $5)
and just bought $20 seeds from Argihaitai.com
I have a lot of SiGua seeds for exchange if someone like to have,
and I want to have cherry tomato,芥菜 seeds! |
