留在当地。
2016年10月，《印度斯坦时报》报导，现年75岁的刘树荣，印度名字詹本胡（Gautam
Janbandu），当年在印度东北部进与中国接壤的锡金（Sikkim）越界被捕。
《成都商报》2月9日报导，刘树荣跟王琪一样滞留在印度中央邦蒂罗迪村（Tirodi）。
刘树荣几乎忘记说中文了，只会一点四川话。
据说刘树荣被抓之后坐了九年多的牢，期间怀疑被虐待，他甚至曾经想过自杀。
获释后，刘树荣在1972年跟一名当地女子巴伊（Seven Bai）结婚，与她生了两个儿子
。刘树荣的妻子在当地开设了一间小店餬口，而其中一名儿子库马尔（Dev Kumar）在
政府学校当老师帮补收入。
报导显示刘树荣、王琪十分稔熟，两人住的很近，每两星期都会见一次面。他们见面的

都是印度官方或自媒体关于洞朗的视频，当然明显偏向印度。而中国无论是官方还是自
媒体，相关视频几乎没有。
看了这些视频，我感觉我要是西方人，肯定支持印度，就因为视频里面印度人说英语，
感觉是同类。
中国号称对外开放这么几十年，进进出出留学生无数，近年搞一路一带，全球撒钱，中
宣部就不能掏钱组织些说英语的，制作些英语视频在YouTube宣传中方关于洞朗，关于
历史上的中印冲突，说说道理为何在中方？即使国内封了YouTube, 也不必要放弃这块
面向英语世界的宣传阵地吧？事实上中国似乎只知道往YouTube上搬中文电视剧和综艺
，另外往纽约时代广场撒几个广告，不用多说话，好像人家就了解你了。
对整个中印冲突局势我不明就里，就是看见YouTube 上中方完全没有声音而着急。
也许有人会说，中国军事强大，要打就打，把印度打趴下，不惜的和你辩论。
这个和华人在硅谷混不上去最终是一个道理，觉得华人自己技术好，不需要交流，结果

方可能太一厢情愿，只有两个常驻旅。所以被印度将了一军。中南海里不甘发展进程被

印度在尝试着读中方的决心。韬光养晦和有所作为的界线到底在哪？目前，中方根本没

ago. It has never been in possesion of Argentina. That's why people there
take on the side of Britain during the 1982 war.
The Western Sahara is kind of different story. Spain evacuated in 1976 and
later was occupied by Morocco but still pending referendum. Most nations do
not recognize Morocco's claim to Western Sahara and many countries have
diplomatic relation with West Sahara Republic.
