dream。有一张唱片封面模仿了一下bjork.
有几首歌的lalala模仿了一下cranberries的唱腔。
然后就有无数人说王菲只会模仿bla bla. 好像王菲只会copy这三个人。
事实呢？王出道发了20多张唱片300多首歌，大部分是原创。其中自己作曲的有30首以
上而且还都是精品。
最牛逼的两张浮躁和寓言制作人都是张亚东，前者是民族元素，后者是佛教元素，都与
欧美没关系。
王最火的那些，我愿意 红豆 流年都是很普通的港台流行歌，跟欧美也没什么关系，这
几首歌也是王火起来的关键。
王唱不唱dream和silence，跟她火不火一点关系都没有，反而大大提高了cranberries
在天朝的知名度。以至天朝文艺青年人人都知道cranberries反而你去问美帝的同学，

大多数高中生物学课本中都有一张胚胎发育图，显示鱼、蝾螈、乌龟、鸡、猪、牛、兔
、人等动物在胚胎发育不同阶段的侧面图，其原版收藏在伦敦大学的Bodleian图书馆，
它的作者是十九世纪德国Jena大学的生物学教授海克尔（Ernst Haeckel）。从这张图
得出的结论是，虽然这些动物成年后形态各不相同，但是由于它们是由共同的祖先进化
而来，所以在胚胎发育过程中均有一个形态相似的阶段，这就是“胚胎重演论”（
Ontogeny recaptulates phylogeny）。
可以用“日晷模型”（Hourglass model）来阐述胚胎重演论，其横轴显示进化过程中

“起初神创造诸天与地”（创一1），这是圣经开宗明义的第一句话，这也是阿波罗八
号登月宇宙飞船上的宇航员首次到达月球外围时，发到地球上的第一个讯息。
当人观赏宇宙的伟大、恢宏、规则、精确，不能不想到其设计者；当人细察地球上亿万
生物的奇姿多彩、变化万千和巧妙配搭，也不能不联想到生命的源头和创始者（徒三15
）；当人站在镜子前观看自己身体构造的奇妙，或在夜深人静时思想内心世界的丰富和
良心感觉的可畏，不能不赞叹“因我受造奇妙可畏；你的作为奇妙，这是我心深知道的

然而，自一八五九年达尔文发表《物种起源》（The Origin of Species）（这是达尔
文所提出的解释宇宙、生命和人起源的假说），提出进化学说之后，进化的思想就如野

有一个VISUALIZATION，我好喜欢好喜欢，就是VISUALIZE一个DIAMOND在海底的情形，
好舒服好舒服，具体如下：

It is outragous for holding a person so long without noticing the family, not

爱极了这首歌！因为始终固执地认为，这是一首属于厦大的歌。
简单的木吉他配上简单的和弦，干净、清澈、单纯、明了，
一如盛夏午后的校园。窗外的木棉开得如火如荼，亚热带的阳
光闪烁在璀灿的花瓣上。有风吹过，花瓣纷纷扬扬，掩盖住了
年轻的心中离别的悲伤。
此刻，在Sound of Silence 的音乐中我在鼓浪环顾四方，见
不到一个熟悉的面孔。一大批新生代茁壮成长，不断地交替交
替。进到曾经很熟悉的版面中，说的事和人都很陌生，很遥远。
不过我心中却没有多少惆怅，就好象面对一个落幕了的空旷剧
场，虽然没有了喧嚣声，也没有了掌声，却能够从容面对观
众席缓缓谢幕。
我曾经在这里驻足过，可是终究不属于这里。大部份关于厦大
和鼓浪的记忆已经如沙子慢慢地从指尖流走，慢慢地模糊不清。
可是欣慰的是，在试图回忆一些片段时，很多细节居然能够
从冬眠中慢慢复苏，重新占据了心灵一角。
那些给过我帮助，给过我回忆，在我的生命旅程中划出深深
浅浅痕迹的朋友啊，不管这个世界何等流光溢彩，不管世事如何
沧桑变幻，那些年轻的岁月、简单的事会永远象一杯袅袅的清茶， |

比性 silencer要是没有cation selectivity那不就成了activator了 呵呵。他们原来
那个旧的用来activation的iGluR也没有选择行呀 |

发帖数: 863 | 44 就是tet1啦，大家发现这个东西会给甲基胞嘧啶加一个羟基，非常可能是大家一直苦苦
寻找的去甲基化酶，而现在的paper都在 map in vivo 5hmc position，和Tet1到底起
什么作用，Hongjun这篇用了SssI甲基化tranfer plasimid的promoter，silence GFP
expression 并且 cotransfer Tet1 expression plasimd观察Tet1可能的去甲基化作用
，并观察了其他的factor的引入对GFP silencing的影响。其实是很聪明的，大家说他
取巧多是因为他并不是这个领域的，用这种比较tricky有点artifacial的system赚一篇
cell。但你如果看过最早的Tet1 paper会发现其实更好玩，这个酶是丝虫（导致昏睡病
那个）里面一个修饰甲基胞嘧啶的JBP1/2 blast出来，其实和可能的DNA 去甲基化很难
看出直接的关系。。。 |
