公司美国人很少聊政治。偶尔知道的几个都是支持Trump的。
说说咱同胞。周围有投票权的中国朋友同事前两届几乎一边倒投奥巴马。今年从平时闲
聊话里话外，大多数都倾向Trump. 这次到本州初选的时候，床铺已经大局已定，所以
出去投票的只是少数。大部分觉得Trump已经拿到提名所以没必要再花时间；一部分原
来是民主党今年准备转投Trump，投票那天被告知要改成共和党才能投票，所以没投成
。还有一些最近刚刚入籍，已注册共和党并明确表示大选时候要去投票。
虽然不能以点盖面，但这很可能代表了很多人的情况。Silent majority发挥出了力量
，但远没到最大化的程度。
所以，Indiana之后的几次初选，比较民主党和共和党的Turn Out不见得很准确反映民
意. 因为以上的种种原因Trump的得票数很可能被低估了，相反民主党那边希拉里和桑
德斯打得不可开交，所以投票人群更积极。
对了本人在东部蓝州 (希望能翻红)。如果摇摆州也是这种情况，Trump很有希望赢得大

其实从 trump 刚上台来看，trump 很大度，既然政治上赢了，就放过去 政府一马，包

可能胃酸导流难受吧。现象饭后蹬腿，拱北，咳嗽，打嗝多，嘴巴酸，吐奶...只能竖
着抱，躺下突然痛苦的哭， 还有不吐奶的那种，叫 silent reflus,胃酸上来又吞下去
，小孩更难受。
如果是这个问题，别吃太撑，吃饭不要这么快让平躺下来，最好把他/她的床垫给点角
度，d等睡得很透才放下去可能会好些。 药物就不知道了。书上说这个问题得大概 6个
月才会 outgrown, 40~60% 小孩有这个问题。6个月很快的，呵呵
我家的小天使属于那种，silent reflus, 曼厉害的，吃完都得竖起来，趴在身上睡，
现在4个小时还没醒。一放crib 上5分钟就醒。 有时知道吃后时间长不会吐奶了，比
如一个小时左右，也知道她肯定是困了，就让她哭着睡过去了，几个星期的小小孩没有
不贪睡的。只有两种情况他们会醒，很饿或是很不舒服。 得摸清楚他们的规律，很难:)

只要体重增加就没有问题。可是我的宝宝，也是自己睡不到十分钟就会醒来，嘴里会有
酸酸的味道。经常的苦闹。睡完，把他抱起来时，经常会有一口奶（已经像酸奶状，白
白的一团团的了）。那这是silent reflux吗。 |

全母乳宝宝，四个月的时候出现reflux症状，当时我不知道是reflux（新妈妈经验少啊
），具体表现为：常常archback，不好好吃奶（本来是吃得挺好的）甚至拒绝妈妈的
nipple（其实小人一直很喜欢胸喂的），一抱着靠近胸前就大哭，凑近就扭头，就算勉
强吃点奶，不一会儿就能听见有东西上涌的声音，但是没有吐出来，又很快咽回去了。
白天外婆瓶喂的时候稍好些，但是也比原来吃得少，外婆被小人弄得精疲力尽，跟我说
“就差没跪下来求她喝了”，估计也就是外婆知道这样做没用，否则早就跪了。
这样大概持续了两个礼拜，宝宝每天的奶量从原来的30 oz左右降到15 oz不到，我一到
喂奶的时候就以泪洗面，又气又急，心疼得要命可是又无能为力的感觉。我甚至觉得她
literally很恨我，虽然理智告诉我这根本不可能，但是小东西的nursing strike让我
这个新妈妈感受到从没有过的frustration。上班的时候一个同事随口问起我宝宝的近
况，我都不争气地掉泪（好在人家也是两个孩子的妈妈，才没有被我吓到）。我想那两
