口号，宣扬“更好的营养才能有更好的健康”。这些传销公司以奖金和积分作诱饵，促
使直销会员们每月都订购，每天都服用他们公司的健康产品，甚至还为每位会员“量身
订制”全天候“营养套装”，为不同疾病的患者配备“调治组合”方案，其实目的都是
为了扩大销售量，牟取暴利。那么，传销人员服用了这些公司的保健品之后，健康状况
是否比普通人更好呢？其实未必。由于所谓的 “多层次系统法则”要求各个传销组织

都是蒙人的。任何时候不要乱mix coolant除非你确定这样mix 是可以的。
关于coolant base：常见的coolant是乙二醇（ethylene glycol）基的，也有一些用丙
二醇（propylene glycol）的，现在新技术还有别的。要记住的是如果base不一样是绝
对严禁混的。不过这个问题倒是不用太担心至少常见车的冷却液都是乙二醇基的。
最tricky的问题是corrosive inhibitor。老coolant里常用的corrosive inhibitor有
硼酸盐（borate），硝酸盐（nitrate）, 亚硝酸盐（nitrite）, 磷酸盐（phosphate
）, 钼酸盐（molybdate）和硅酸盐（silicate）。
现在新的coolant基本上开始用一些有机酸（organic acid）作为corrosive inhibitor
了，这样coolant的寿命更长。OAT比较少，更多的是HOAT（hybrid organic acid

proprietary的东西并没有任何神奇之处，就是利用普通人心理来多赚钱。有些厚道的
manual会写着可以和同类型的coolant混用。
比如toyota的super long life coolant，和Zerex Asian完全兼容，后者的价钱是原厂
的1/2。Zerex Asian不含2-EHA，silicate，amine，nitrite，boron。它的抗腐蚀剂是
磷酸化有机酸，也就是基于磷酸的HOAT技术，与toyota的super long life coolant完
全一致，toyota的SLLC也是这种HOAT技术。toyota manual上也明确写着只要是兼容的
coolant就可以混用。
而Zerex G05则含有约200ppm的silicate，和nitrite，兼容toyota的super long life
coolant。网上有些人搞错了这点。

纯成精盐之前就有。硬水里也含镁盐钙盐。当然，镁钙太多不利于健康。

发帖数: 1501 | 14 燃烧不完全是一个常见的原因，如果combustion chamber有汽油没完全燃烧，随着尾气
进入catalytic converter，没有完全燃烧的fuel就会在cat里面烧掉，提高cat的温度
，如果温度过高，就会导致cat内部融化，丧失催化能力。燃烧不完全也不是唯一的原
因，比如有些coolant一面有silicate，如果gasket漏的话，coolant进入catalytic
convertion，也会污染cat里面的金属，导致cat失效。还比如有的gas质量差杂质多，
也有可能导致cat被污染。另外，一些其他的故障也会导致cat损坏，比如spark plug或
者ignition的某个不见坏了，导致某一个缸或者几个缸没法燃烧，这样喷到这个缸里面
的油就会进入cat，然后在cat里面烧掉，高温导致cat损坏。
Catalytic converter也是会老化的，但是没有其他问题的话，Cat是很耐用的。8年／
80000迈的warranty。如果你的车没有过严重的misfire这些问题，而且里程不是很高，
Cat老化损坏的可能性不是很大。

coolant的成分是否与原厂coolant成分相同或相近。一般只要是同一类防腐剂的，都可
以互相混，不会有问题。
silicate/phosphate/amine/这些是敏感词，还有2-EHA
除了2-EHA之外的有机酸盐，都可以互混，没有报道有问题的。
现在很多for all vehicles的coolant，是基于有机酸盐做的，理论上确实适合所有车
型，但如果和非有机酸盐的coolant混用，可能会降低防腐蚀效果。另外有些for all
vehicles的coolant含有2-EHA，有可能引起橡胶膨胀。 |

总结一下电面和onsite的题目和经验吧，希望对同行有点帮助。
经验就是不光要看dice, simplyhired, monster, careerbuilder etc.
还要积极的去公司career网页投履历。不要在不懂行的猎头上浪费时间和手机分钟。
在电面的时候要把问题写下来做，在onsite的时候要多在白板上先画blockdiagram
再补充口头的解释。

you can try 0.5x TBE, lower concentrration of acrylamide, I usually use 6%.
I tried 4% before, it is not a big deal.
silicate only one plate, it is very easy to separate your gel from that
plate, but stick to the other plate. put one a piece of DE filter will
transfer the whole gel to filter.

factsage but people in our lab do not like buying it. Can anyone using

the possible solids and solutions and their G, H, and Cp equations composed
of Fe, Mg, Ca, Al, Si, and O (+ Na and K if possible, but I doubt factsage
