最近看了2手的bmw，覺得有點over price。2手5係2012年的怎麽談都談不到32k OTD，
而且dealer超不nice，是不是所有bmw的dealer都這麽一樣？
也看了新的volvo xc90，加上以下package msrp=56655。不知道能最後砍到多少錢？
OTD=56000-57000 能drive out不。聽説Europe deliver 還可以包機票到產看。

两个右轮，右drive axle，悬挂，方向盘总成，副驾座位，front bump, quarter
panel, trims, dash board, side airbag, headliner, etc. 如何擦碰到的地方基本
都换新的Honda件。Right front door sill 挤了个包，body shop 给弄回去了。重新
喷漆。
修理费对方保险公司全出。
刚刚body shop 打电话说车 is ready. 明早去取。
取车时要注意哪些问题。
还要还租的车。

现SEL比SE with tech多出如下一些可有可无的东西，列出来给大家参考。个人觉得只
有memory seat，Park
pilot有用，其他的可有可无，但是价格贵了4000，很不值，所以选择放弃SEL。

强太多了！他们4个人每个都是带任务来的：那就是吸引唱的好直接直接进入他们的团

（2）演唱者都是普通老百姓，很多是农民，但是唱的真好啊，显然的民间高手。比如

房顶看起来比较接近寿命了，有些地方有脱落，屋檐处两根木头发黑看起来快烂了要换
掉， 烟囱，排气管等一些小地方需要维护
车库底部木头烂了（sill plates)，要换
油罐锈的厉害， furnace还不work， 不知道啥原因。
卖家不高兴修， 只能争取让他降价了。
想请问下如果把屋顶（1000sqft的小房子）， furnace,油罐啥的全都换成新的大概要
多少钱啊？
另外是直接换了新的好，还是凑合着用，等以后出了问题再换呢？ |

房子里面的dry wall 没有看到平行的裂纹。 可是按照inspector 对外墙的评价是：

水龙头有些漏水，拧不紧，拆开看了，可能是橡胶圈老化，可是，到HOMEDEPOT 和
LOWES 都去了，没有找到一样的。这种SIPHON的谁龙头换起来好像很麻烦，因为是穿过
墙的，里面接铜管。
水龙头是 ZURN AQUA-SILL. 见附图。
请教有什么办法可以换？ |

就三个一起换( 共有三个), 这样换上新的, 即使有问题, 还有REPAIR KIT 可以买.
是想换橡胶垫圈, 可找不到一样大小的. ZURN 的 AQUA-SILL 系列好象没有了, 到处找
不到配件. 今天和ZURN联系了, 看有什么结果. |

Foundation上面的sill plate到泥土地，应该有4~6英寸的距离。
