【中国新闻周刊网12月16日综合报道】在11月25日至29日，国务院总理李克强的中
东欧之行中，有来自中国国内一个近300人的庞大经贸团。12月2日到4日，英国首相卡
梅伦访华时，除了开微博、吃火锅之外，也带了一个由100多位英国各界企业家组成的
代表团。
除了正式的随行人员，企业家随同领导人出访，已成世界惯例。那么，哪些人员才
有资格随国家领导人出访？出访的费用由谁来承担？为何领导人出访时企业家群体备受
关注呢？
随行人员原则上不超20人
根据1989年8月17日发布的《中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅关于严格控制领导干
部出国访问的规定》，党和国家领导人出访，陪同和随行人员总数原则上不超过20人，

科学位翻译为 MD equivalent 来开始 paperwork. 学校提供以下评估公司：

我记得报ＵＳＭＬＥ的时候有人说Morningside可以把把医学本科学位翻译为Bachelor
of Medicine in Medicine ，不知道那家可以加一个MD equivalent 啊？谢谢了！
