简单说来，就是计算String 和所有suffix 的similarity并加和
比如 ababaa
所有suffix是 "ababaa", "babaa", "abaa", "baa", "aa" and "a"
他们与ababaa 的similarity 是 6,0,3,0,1,1 所以结果就是 6+3+0+0+1+1=11
另一个例子 aa
suffix是"aa","a"
similarity 就是 2, 1，结果是2+1=3
我的算法是先定义一个similarity function,计算任意两String的similarity值。在处
理问题的时候，生成所有的suffix，string有多长，就有多少个suffix，然后计算每个
suffix和原来String的similarity，最后相加。
运行的结果是只过了4/10个testcase。之后的报错是time limited exceeded. 做过的

MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面

The Memo states that if the I-140 petition has been approved and the I-485
applicant takes a new job in a "same or similar" position after the I-485
application has been pending 180 days or longer, then the underlying I-140
petition remains valid under AC21. In a footnote, BCIS mentions that the
underlying Labor Certification also remains valid if the same conditions are
satisfied.

This proposed rule (USCIS-2015-0008-0001) suppose to retain EB-1/2/3
immigrant workers, however on the contrary the proposed rule adds more
obstacles to the EB-1/2/3 immigrant workers to continue stay in USA. The
proposed rule does NOT make the immigration procedure easier for EB-1/2/3
immigrant workers. With all due respect, I strongly recommend that the

的petition letter，开始准备NIW。看了几篇模板，发现有些疑问。
1. NIW 不需要列表格，油灯图等吗？为什么我看到的模板都没有这些，只有Exhibit？
2. EB1A的petition条理比较清楚，比方说我要claim三项，就从1，2，3几方面阐述。
但是NIW怎么感觉条理比较混乱呀？
请有经验的前辈指点迷津，小女子不胜感激！

sentences describing those similarities. with those similarities, we do need
to respect/treasure his/her difference,求同存异, and think of what I would
