, I think 4 minutes is doable for average ppl. Please do not do it by
yourself in pool though. Dry training is okay but make sure you sit in a
coach or lie on bed:)

much gears for me. I like the simplicity of freediving.

wrist. I am not an elite or professional runner, so I don't care whether it
has instant pace or not. As you mentioned, I wear it only for recording the
time, course and HR (BTW, it's pretty accurate),or sometimes just as a watch.

streets, the edge (skill difference) got magnified and fishes got eaten

Rule of thumb: high heel rules. I know, they are uncomfortable. But if you
want to grab guys attention, always wear heels. They accentuate a woman's
curve, and instigate sexual imagination in a guy's mind.

Probably there's public perception change after that movie. Huge diamonds

Winter annuals generally germinate in the fall, green through the winter,
