breakfast is that it will keep you whole day full. That I call a good
breakfast. So by simplly eating a lot is not a good breakfast.
My suggestion for you is to get rid of 蜂蜜 and Yogart first. Change to a
whole piece of whole grain bread instead of half. You need some tea or
coffee. Let me know if you really need a thorough suggestion.
