两个人被杀，反正在场的人干的，所有被指证的嫌疑人都因为证据不足不了了之，最后
也没人被惩罚。老刘承认妨碍司法公正罪名也是交易的一部分，从而不被起诉杀人。这
事情比较诡异的地方挺多。一个是带血的外套，另一个是很多证人后来都改变证词，造
成证词无效。OJ simpson 后来被民事诉讼，赔了一大笔。老刘是和被害人家属达成庭
外和解，赔了一笔，数目不知。
老刘到底杀人没？没有证据，每个人都有自己的判断，自由心证嘛，而且在场的不只他

但本来最有力的DNA证据却因为检验员违规，随身揣着抽的simpson血样到处跑，被辩方
指责污染了现场采集的血样。

才加入的。正常血液里是没有的。被辩方指责警方制作证据。这个问题检方一直没有有
