前面写了一篇如何报名考试的，这里再写写考试如何复习的，算是对CPA考试的一个告
别吧，这里写的都是我个人的经验，仅限参考。
总体考试复习进程
2010年9月 初 – 中国的成绩单进行认证
2010年10月初 –成绩单认证结束，25号收到申请被批准的NTS。NTS上标明需要6个月之
内订位子sit for exam, otherwise 考试费会作废，需要重新缴费。因为申请的州允许
在学分修满之前的6个月之内提交申请，因此还需要学校给出具注课证明。
2010年12月– 全部学分修满所要求的。去墨西哥旅游。圣诞节后开始复习AUD。
2011年1月20号 –AUD考试
2011年1月25号 – 开始工作，3月30号报名BEC和REG。3月开始复习FAR。
2011年4月25号 – 工作结束， FAR考试
2011年5月31号 –BEC考试
2011年6月 – 整个月休息，给父母办签证。
2011年7月 – 开始复习REG。8月暂停两个星期给爸爸妈妈办理来美国事务，订酒店，

总体考试复习进程

发帖数: 1016 | 24 看了几篇考经,FAR和我估计的一样,从上个windows开始,都是6个独立的
simulation(而不是像以前的考试是2个大simulation,然后每个里面有很多tab).个人估
计REG和AUD也可能是这种情况,因为要和明年的考试改革接轨(未经证实纯属本人猜测,
如与实际不同,本人无法负责)
个人感觉6个独立的simulation是远好于以前的2个大simulation的,因为不管怎么
样,你都会遇到很好做的特别容易的,有的甚至是你mcq做好了,就能做出来.不像以前如
果大的simulation恰好是你的弱项,这一项就全死定了.同时,6个项目几乎肯定会有你的
弱项,不要纠结,弱项那种随便瞎点一下赶快掠过,把时间给能作对的部分.对于90%甚至
95%以上的考生,FAR的时间都是不够的,所以大家更需要合理利用时
间.我感觉如果没时间,simulation是可以不练的,只要mcq保证正确率,simulation是不
影响大局的(不可能遇到6个simulation都爆难的).
我个人的建议是留150分钟在mcq上,90分钟在后面部分,无论如何都要保... 阅读全帖 |

日后税季的忙碌，以及日常繁琐的工作和客户的各种各样的要求。此段听上去像大道理
，但理儿的确是这么个理儿。
2）要想轻松过关，需要超等的游戏精神。 当你熬过基本的起始准备阶段后，你会发现

发帖数: 90 | 27 无数了夜晚都想象今天晚上会是怎么一种从容，放松的心态，可见REG在我心里有多么
的可怕呀。现在，终于可以长舒口气，让我歇会吧。暂时，暂时的就好。。。
今年春节回国，回来已经2月底，开始准备REG。说是在回国前看了一遍becker 09的书
，可是经过国内2个月的腐败加颓废，早就忘了不知道哪里去了，只知道REG要靠tax和
law，仅此而已。刚开始就看becker 的passmaster，09的，希望能从中记起一些书中的
内容。因为focus的问题，看了一个月才看完整个passmaster的题，有点感觉，但是就
是前面看，后面忘。下面接着做Wiley CD test bank题，2010年版本的，前后1000多到
题，做了快半个月，很有感觉，觉得脑子里的东西越来越多了，能联系在一起的也多了
。个人觉得wiley cd题中simulation的题很好，感觉能出现在wiley cd simulation 的
题一定要搞明白，它涉及的知识点考试几乎全会碰到，而且也以simulation题的形式居
多。在以前考BEC和FAR的时候，这个阶段就去考了。事实证明效果不错。因为对REG太

faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我
用的search engine is THE search engine everybody in this community uses today.

score. so my conclusion is Simulation is really important in the new exam
construction, if you can do simulation well, pass chance is far more bigger.

因为多数material都已经在课堂上cover, 所以相对而言比较容易。复习的时候一开始
用的Wiely, 后来觉得它的书实在太像字典了，晦涩难懂，但是题目不错，遂改用
CPAExcel，做Wiely的题目. 最后一周突击用Becker的书突击了Non-Profit/
Governmental Accounting

发帖数: 67 | 46 很高兴已经过了三门。去年11月底考的BEC (81分)， 2月底考的FAR (90分)， 5月底考
的AUD(96分)。中间有题目不懂的时候也上来问过，每次都得到详细的解答。所以很感
谢帮过我的人，趁热打铁讲讲我的一些CPA考试体会吧。
我最开始考的是我听说最简单的，所以没有怎么精心准备，一共花了4周时间，每周投
了15个小时，平时每天1-2小时，周末4-5小时。我全职上班，还有一个快4岁的小男孩
。工作平时很辛苦，所以我晚上学习效率不高，基本还是靠周末。这门我比较悲剧，因
为我是转行读的accounting, 以前cost accounting是10年前学的，finance在读master
的时候也就学了一门最基本的。其实这门就没什么很强的背景，但我偏偏又没看书，光
做题呢。最后考完发现一样的题没两道。所以看书是根本的根本。一定要看书！！这门
课我以为自己过不了的，最后没想到还是过了。所以很幸运。
FAR我是背景比较好的，以前在学校学intermediate accounting I and II, and

发帖数: 94 | 47 前天考完audit，这已经是我第三次考了，第一次68，第二次73，其他三门早就pass了
，regulation还因为成绩过期重考了一次。这次audit要是再考不过的话，真的要一头
撞死了。Audit真是我的梦魇，我重来没做过audit work，上学的时候又不好好学，两
门和audit有关的课都是B-。这次本来是想八月初考，题都做完一遍了，结果高中的死
党来美国培训，又跟他到处玩了一遍，等重新开始看书已经8月中旬了，我是做税的，
最近又变得特别忙，只好走马观花的复习了一遍。
Multiple Choices感觉做得不错。第一个testlet感觉有点难，不确定的题目大概有7个
，可能做的不太好，第二个testlet变得很容易，前几个题目都是一句话那种，而且一
眼就能看出答案的，到后面才出现了几个稍微复杂点的题。第三个testlet又变难了，
前两个题目快把屏幕占满了，吓了我一跳，不过后面还是有一些很简单的题的，虽然难
度有所上升，但都是我比较熟悉的知识点，所以感觉做的还行。第二个和第三个testle
遇到的不确定的题加在一起不超过6个，我估计第一testlet错了大概8个左右，第二个

但是几乎没有谈论使用WILEY资料通过的经验，借此分享一些资料使用和考试的经验。
WILEY
当初是因为负担不起Becker昂贵的课程费用，因此决定使用Wiley。每一门都买了一本
CPA review, 约$30~$40每本，另加Test bank CD $120（最后又几乎原价转手出去了）
，因此整个过程花费非常经济实惠，<=$150。
CPA review 就是分成不同章节，每一章前面先有知识点总结，后面附着大量的习题。
虽没有具体的统计数据，但凭感觉题量不亚于Becker。每本书前面还有些介绍考试有的
没的，那部分基本没啥价值。最后面会附个摸拟题，真题。
Test Bank CD 就是海量的题库，里面有相当部分的题是跟CPA review重复的。不过整
个软件的运行界面跟真实考试非常相似，可以用来练题感和现场考试的考感。
复习的过程中我有机会比较了个别科目的Becker和wiley的资料，觉得wiley的确要难一
些，覆盖更多的细节，有些题目也出得比较难。但考虑经济实惠的因素，wiley仍是非
