发帖数: 348 | 3 I am a M.E. PhD in FEA, so I think you can try some software companies using
FEM to do analysis such as ALGOR(now in AutoCAD), ABAQUS(Simulia in 3DS),
ANSYS, UG(Seimens),PTC and so on. I just based on my background to suggest
these companies, they all are very good pay and famous in Mechanical
Engineering.

发帖数: 565 | 4 I totally agree with what you said. However, you did not answer my question.
As for development position in those software companies (Ansys, Simulia,etc
), is that enough for person only proficient in Fortran?
Here, I use "proficient", because I think most engineering graduates also
know how to do sequential programming in c++. But "proficient" in c++, means
totally different programming concept, OO. You need to know class, template
, virtual function, etc.

The real competitors against Ansys are Simulia (now part of Dassault
Systemes. So is Solidworks), MSC, Hypermesh, etc. |

其实就是做软件应用的，包括售前技术介绍，售后技术支持服务，解决应用过程中的出
错，也包括操作系统应用等。 |
