33=1.8. 一般来说，PEG=1是一个成长股票合理的价值。换句话，sina需要大概59%的成
长，才justify目前的价格。当然股票买的是未来，微薄潜力无限，所以投资者给了
sina相对很高的PEG. 不过sina需要把这个泡泡给充满，一段时间如果充不满，投资者
就会丧失信心，股价就会跌。比较奇怪的是，分析师给sina今年和明年的estimate都不
是很高，都是大概30%左右的成长。难道这个微薄需要到2013年才收入爆发？
再看看bidu
bidu最近4个季度eps=$2.14,PE=65, 最近一个季度成长80％,PEG=65/80=0.82
没有唱衰sina的意思，微薄潜力无限，不过sina目前的股价的确很大成分是微薄的
spectulation造成的，相对bidu, PEG～1。 如果大家都跌10%, 我肯定是抄bidu. 抄

来还不错，所以一下子弹了不少。 sina 3.7B market cap, cash大概700M， weibo目
前大概市场给了1B的价值，我觉的也fair了。向上涨个10-20%我不奇怪，但期望不要太
高，毕竟营收数字摆在那里，市场对weibo的估值经过去年的大折腾也是有限的。
sohu: er和sina类似，都是之前被打的够狠，er后发现也没有那么糟糕，就反弹了不少
，但again,看看sina/ntes/sohu的比较，sohu目前这个1.6B也不冤枉他。而且最关键的
，sohu profit margin严重受到挤压。cyou收入占sohu一半左右，却猛赚将近70M, 其
他部门烧了50M多。这其实说明sohu面临的严重市场竞争，收入是增加不少，但高收入
要靠高投入来维持。上周qihu的事情，sohu也占了光。大家一看原来10%的大陆搜索份
额可以让qihu涨那么多，sogou占了起码5%的份额，也应该涨些哦。但这些涨基础不强

Sina's valuation already reflects that. Otherwise Sina might be worth $30 or
$25? who knows.
One can think SINA is undervalued but a number of factors are at play.
1. SINA's owernship of WB is reduced. So the upside is less than before even
WB becomes very successful.

状态，4个季度是有cyclic的，但因为大家基本都一样，所以用最新季度的数据也是合
理的。再说我也犯懒，懒的去总结全年数据，其实不影响我对bidu的基本论点。不过既
然被问到，那就比比，对大家都有帮助。看着有用的发我几个包子，把数据找来也是体
力活啊
在过去的1年内，bidu总revenue比4家之和少100M, 但很接近了。最近一个季度bidu收
入超过了4家之和。由于bidu的revenue的增速远远大于ntes/sina/sohu三家（ntes最好
，也只有20-30%)，所以在以后的几年内,即使bidu增速放缓，也肯定大于三家，而且基
数大，差距只能越来越大。qihu增速快，但基数太小，是bidu的零头的零头，其实算不
算根本不影响基本结论。
利润bidu更是绝对优势了，最近一年机会是4家的2倍，而且同样道理，由于增速快，差
距只能越来越大。qihu的全年利润和bidu也就是bidu 10天的利润。
很明显了，不算qihu,sina收入最少，而且利润也不稳定，现在股价相当一部分是weibo

I could be wrong, but really think Sina had tons of positive to say in the
ER.
1. top line growth: Q4-12 was disappointing because of the reduced budget in

点冷水有益无害。
不过sina现在的报表，看收入和盈利是不是beat没多大意义，因为sina的微博现在还没
有盈利。但sina一半的价格已经是weibo的speculation了，除weibo以外sina的老本行
现在做的砸样对于投资者已经不重要了，今天的报表就一个亮点，微博用户超2亿。其
他的数字都是打酱油的。下面就看新浪的本事和运气了，现在泡泡已经吹起来了，如果
不能充满它，sina就要回归实打实的基本面了 |

for the reduction of the ownership. It is simple as Sina selling some asset.
The only question is if Sina sold the part of ownership at a good price.
Agilenet and HP became two completely independent company. The HP share
after the spinoff does not include any ownership of Agilent. While your SINA
ownership also implies partial ownership of Weibo.
If you want to see a comparable example, compare this to EMC and VMWARE.

catalyst 可以是贱贱的analyst upgrade,也可以是习大大lift the ban,也可以是SINA
手上的portfolio 水涨船高，得了大家最终认可，。。。
但今天盘前等来了，却是这么一达陀陀，当然对holder来说，利大于B，CEO votes on
confidence. 但我不清楚为何代表股东的董事会会无征兆的可以定向增发11MM股票给
CEO，目前流通股约60MM，新发占了20%。新浪现金已经过多，不需要注血。
SINA算是股权最分散的中概了，草会计2009玩了一出MBO (management buyout), 大赚
一笔之后，发现根本不需要这样做来控制股权，中概架构决定了，不需要占啥股份，管
理层也能控制公司，把股票售空了，大赚一笔。现在又开始再次玩控股了。这次背后的
故事可能更丰富了，花街需要的就是故事。
我是今天收盘前全卖出了，我不看空，也认为SINA可能还大有空间，因为草会计之流自

最近涨得最牛的就是sina和ovti了
不过我年初卖过60%去cover前2年的损失
现在就剩130股sina和300股ovti了
一个均价56，一个均价20
ovti我知道是因为apple，但是上周sony那个消息出来吧ovti给搞得比较惨
但是sina呢？为什么那么牛？为什么？有一个越南的同事还问我weibo.cn我都不屑的说是sina搞得垃圾，但是他跟我说sina现在牛就是因为围脖？真的假的？他们的业绩很好么？那网易咋个就没有那么涨得厉害呢？手里还有点网易。
另：
大家不要光看贼吃肉，不看贼挨打。我现在只是基本上把3年前亏的补回来了
但是如果我现在把我的帐户清空的话，赚的钱正好交税，基本上就不赚不赔了。所谓06年进场。混了5年，没亏就是福气了。算上这几年的通货膨胀。当初真不如把钱拿回国去买房了。

sina是因为收购公司导致最近账面亏损，sina是赚钱的。sina目前市值4.5B,但新浪股
价很大一部分是微薄的speculation, 本身valuation市值也就在2B，所以sina的微薄完
全被打回原形，sina差不多值30刀。
yoku的前景其实还是有些希望的，正常市场下，我觉的yoku目前状态值2B. 但中钙集体
疲软，市场目前给1.5B，参照sohu市值目前才2B不到，反正不是yoku高估就是sohu低估
。renn的1.5B高的相对夸张，我个人觉的renn希望不大，市值掉到0.5B一点不奇怪。
不过价值分析不代表现在就可以做空等收钱，我年中唱衰yoku/renn很久了，自己烧
yoku从55到27,那时候烧真是放心，yoku市值7-8B,太离谱了，烧着高枕无忧。但目前
yoku价位烧已经很难受了。ok,烧赚钱很可能，只是很可能要受些煎熬，多预备ass
cooler. 总之risk/reward不是那么吸引人了。 |

我买SINA，是因为我觉得55块以下的SINA很便宜了，类似当年17块的yahoo。所以我狂
卖SINA 50put，给了自己更多保险系数，等于准备在45-46捞SINA。 中间再怎么跌，只
要SINA的基本面不改变，我绝不割肉，反而要伺机加仓。 |

after IPO SINA "lost" weibo, which is obviously not true. However SINA
price does seem to be in line with this view. Probably weibo is way

发帖数: 144 | 40 从公司治理的角度，sina的管理层一直在采取分拆上市的方法损公肥私，变相MBO。美
国公司管理层哪里敢干这种事，从这个路数第一次发生Sina就被人家资本老手看扁了！
这也是公司缺乏领袖的后果之一， 企业经营不能玩民主。
如果你还在用价值叠加的方法计算的话，只能说读书太少了， 跟头摔少了。
一句话就是Sina的当事人巴不得价格更便宜，收购成本更低。
我看要想吃住Sina的唯一方法就是死跟到底。

有读者反映，“sina”在日语里是“支那”的意思，是部分日本人
对中国带有侮辱性的称呼。日本语和日本史专家研究后认为，国内著
名网站新浪网应当改名———
近日，本报接到读者反映，建议国内著名的新浪网改名。
主张最强烈的，是刚从日本回来的华侨林小姐。她说：“在日语罗马
字里，‘sina’就是‘支那’，是部分日本人对中国带有侮辱性的称
呼。这个词，主要是右翼分子在使用，带有强烈的政治色彩。”
林小姐说：“在日本的中国人，只要一听到‘sina’这个词，就觉得
受到莫大的侮辱。日本有首歌叫《支那之夜》，凡是唱这首歌的日本
人，我们都拒绝和他交往。这样一个有歧视性的字眼，怎么可以用做
中国人自己的网站的名字呢？”
林小姐的家人听后更是感到惊异，因为他们常用新浪免费电子邮箱与
日本朋友和客户联系，对方看到中国人自己用“支那”邮箱发信，会
不会觉得中国人自己承认是“支那人”呢？
林小姐给新浪网打电话反映她的疑问。客户服务部一工作人员解释说
，不是第一次接到这样的电话，并称“‘sina’不是蔑称，而是对中
国的尊称”。

最新的 SINA 预测如下。跌幅的潜力是 -12%，不错。
SINA, 20111013, 91.6800, -11.0230, -12.0,
如果要现在就卖空，只要量不大，应该还是安全的。
那为什么量不能大呢？
因为侦查到墙街在10月13日又开始 Short Squeeze。
而墙街的 Short Squeeze 一般会持续至少一两天。
所以 SINA 也有可能上升。考虑不久前它曾经有到 -16.9%,
我们可以估计如果 Squeeze 发生，上冲的幅度大概是 +4.9% 。
也就是 $4.5 或 五元 左右。 估计在 $97 左右是高峰。
所以只要维持大笔的现金，在目前的价卖空一小部分风险不大。
万一被 Short Squeeze 而冲到 $97, 则 Average UP。
