of life you want, 13000SGD may or may not be enough for a
family of three. For example, does your child need to go to
international school? If yes, it might take your three month
salary already. Housing and car are several magnitude more
expensive than in Houston. But tax is much lower if you do
not need to pay US tax... And your company may have this

政府昨天公布人口白皮书，全面提出未来的人口政策规划。虽然相比2005年至今短短八
年间人口快速增长110万人，未来人口增长会趋缓，但我国人口结构将无可避免地出现
显著变化；新加坡公民人口比率将萎缩，从目前的62％缩小至55％。
新加坡人口未来17年可能增加超过100万人，预计从目前的531万人增加到2030年介于
650万至690万人。但人口增长率会比过去30年的平均每年2.5％放缓一半。
政府昨天公布人口白皮书，全面提出未来的人口政策规划。白皮书预计，我国人口会在
2020年先达到580万至600万人；到了2030年，公民人口在新公民的“补充”下将由360
万到380万人组成，永久居民会保持在目前的50万至60万人水平，其余230万至250万人
是非居民。
虽然相比2005年至今短短八年间人口快速增长110万人，未来人口增长会趋缓，但我国

赛事：《SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & Army Half Marathon》我参加的是21KM Women's
Master Competitive
时间：12 Sep 2010 早晨5:15am
起跑点：Esplanda Bridge
终点：City Hall
准备阶段。从2009年12月参加完渣打银行资助的国际马拉松10公里赛事以后就开始准备
。平时在健身房的跑步机上练，一周至少3次，多时达到一周5次，每次跑4-5公里。原
本打算周末练10公里，但9个月以来，没练过一次。
自设的目标。由于在赛前没有跑过一次21公里，也没跑过10公里，在2010年的7和8月，
连平时的4-5公里训练都比较懈怠，我在赛前给自己设定的目标是完成赛程，全程不走
，在3小时以内完成。
比赛前后。这个赛事到今年已经是第15年了，报名费看涨，今年是S$30块。有计时的
chip、一件T恤衫，一堆商家赞助的优惠卷等等。12号早晨4点就爬起来了，4点20分搭
