1. 作为fr的一个扇子，我发现有关芙蓉的话题经常占据了很多版面的讨论，这
在客观上的确造成对相关版面的一些负面影响，因为它妨碍了其他正常问题
的讨论，违背了专版专用的原则。并不时引发斑竹和fr扇子之间的冲突，不
利于bbs的稳定和平，长治久安。
2. fr现象已流行一年有余，至今仍方兴未艾，的确耐人寻味。并且从fr话题的
受欢迎程度来看，在mitbbs上的确有不少fr的fans，所以开芙蓉专用版或俱
乐部是有深厚的群众基础的。
3. fr话题已经成为本站的热门话题之一，经常高居十大，开芙蓉版符合专版专

4. 本人希望能开成公共版面，让所有人都有发言的机会，但如果站方有其他考

磨了一年多了.还是无解.有时真是有些疼不欲生.这里藏龙卧虎,也许有高人能指点一下.
我,男, 41, 烟酒不沾,花粉过敏.去年7月份感觉左半边头疼, 后又转移到右侧, 后来又
嗓子疼, 自己感觉象
是哪发炎了, 也许是SINUS. 觉得会自愈,拖了近两个星期, 实在不行了去看家庭医生,
开了抗生素. 之后别的症状都没了, 就是咽喉感觉疼, 严重堵塞, 感激呼吸困难. 去看
了第一个ENT, 做了喉镜和SINUS 的CT, 没发现异常, 开了激素药, 没有效果. 又去看
了一个口碑好的过敏医生,被告知嗓子的问题无非是post nasal dripping 或胃reflux,
于是双管齐下给了nasal spray 和抑制reflux的药, 都不管用. 由于咽喉堵塞严重,
白天痛苦不堪, 晚上很难入睡,过了一个月又去看了第二个ENT, 又查了喉镜和吃了激素
药,还是没用. 这样一直拖到去年底, 其间还因为一次呼吸困难去了一次急诊, 做了鼻
咽到胸的X光或是CT, 以及食道的钡餐. 都没发现异常.

center canceled 她的手术，三个月前因为sinusitis，在我们这里也cancele 过一次
，这次来我们这里前，她还特地去ENT 检查，确定Sinusitis 已经治好了。见到我时，
她还因为PCP没有主动refer 她到pumonary 哪里去治疗她的OSA而懊恼。我只好给PCP打
电话，pcp 气鼓鼓滴说，她头天才给病人解释了很久，当时病人的concern是半年前的
UTI， 这次她要pumonary referral, 就给她好了。 我赶紧把病人打发回PCP那里，总
算安静了。
感觉上，有时候，有些病人，尤其是那些有很多concern的病人，真应该先去参加学习
班啥的，否则实在耗时。 |

昨天夜里听见先生和儿子的声音在楼上，当然我不知道是录音，是模仿，还是真人就在

了。不至于，我一灰心丧气，中国股市也跟着跌，我又不是毛泽东，中国比我强的比比
皆是。是美国太重视我了，天天围追堵截的，宁肯杀了我，也不放我走。其实，我到中
国，什么也不是，连份工作也未必可以找到。
看中国网上，有一份报道题目这样说，在中国上市的转基因产品都是安全的。是不是安
全，要听专家的，不能听隔壁王大妈。我又不禁嫣然一笑。专家的话，固然是要参考的
。但这世界，真正有思想，有见识，又独立，不说假话的专家并不多。一个人是不是专

倒霉的是病人啊。我最近咳嗽,post nasal drip 有可能有sinus infection，为了开抗
生素随便找了一Johns Hopkins的family doctor，是老黑，结果人家认定我是季节过敏
性哮喘，不给开药，非当哮喘治疗。我靠，都跟她说了我去年同样情况，但发生时间不
一样。哮喘治疗没用，过敏测了22种东西无一阳性, 最后抗生素弄好的。人家就是不理
自信满满非说是季节过敏性哮喘。后来拖到季节都结束了也没好转，总算给开了抗生素
，却只给５天。我说上次别人给了７天，５天是不是太短，这傻缺说７天肯定不是抗生
素。同时还开另外一种药给我说，两个同时吃就知道什么情况了。我立马蒙了，问她说
，两个同时吃，你咋知道哪个起作用啊。她说不出话然后就只说两个同时吃就知道了。
让我去照光胸片（去年也照过绝对不是肺的问题），明明照出来肺部没问题，还不放弃
要我去查是不是有慢性哮喘。你妈，为毛这么希望俺是哮喘啊。。。最后去看耳鼻喉专
家，人家说一看就不是哮喘，奶奶滴，还耽搁我这么久，搞得现在要吃抗生素两周。你

染，给我开了个处方，结果去药店一买，说没有generic的，结果保险cover 4块，自己
付了50块。2个星期后再去看大夫，说肺部听着正常了，可就是咳嗽不见好，又给我一
些cough supressor.在这之后的三个星期内，还是咳的比较严重，并且不是最初的dry
cough，明显觉得喉咙里有痰。后来渐渐的鼻涕挺多，都是粘稠的，都是痰从鼻子里出
来了。一个多月后，还是咳的挺厉害，但比一开始好多了，咳的时候，就觉得嗓子里的
痰都在动。上个星期又去看大夫，她把我refer到ENT那里。结果星期五去看了ENT，让
我去做个sinus CT. 还给我开了一些药，治胃酸，过敏的。今天发现我们保险的CT
copay是$100，下午去药店买药`，治胃酸的药prevacid，保险一份都不给报，接近200
刀。我都吓得没买。
我现在都不知道是大夫开的太贵了，还是我们的保险太差了。 心里总想如果不看自己
也会好的，但心里又有点担心。我以前感冒之后一般也咳嗽，但没有哪次这么长时间，

addition to have possible migraine headache with typical aura, you probably
also has medication overuse headache,
it is said that up to 5% people in the states have headache greater than 15
days per month, if you take medicine for headache 100 days per year, then
you are at risk for medication overuse headache, you need to see a doctor to
rule out any secondary headaches(such as sinus problem, neck problems) as

I plan to fly her to the US next week --- just as you said, sooner than
later. How high is the risk for her to travel?
