transmission fluid. 我在那里等了两个半小时被告知好了，于是回家。今天下午我自
己换机油，就顺便看了看transmission 的oil pan 位置，惊奇地发现所有的螺丝没有
一个被动过，包括drain plug，每个照样里外锈迹斑斑。我很奇怪，因为这个车
transmission 是封闭的，不打开oil pan, 或至少 drain plug 不可能放掉旧油. 于是
我查看了我的行车记录仪录像，发现车在维修点代的时间比较短，动我车的是个长得像
南美人的tech. 重要的是 车没有被升起来过。所以我现在确信，他们没有换过油。我
花了200 多块钱，要不是今天自己换机油多了个心眼，就肯定被骗了。我现在有这样的
证据，怎么才能把钱要回来。我想把故事和录像给媒体，但不知怎么弄。请问有没有更
好的主意。

的价钱都是双人含税。
1. 10/7 Sion：Hotel de la Cité，（www.rooms.ch)
Condo型的房间，自带洗手间，小厨房，淋浴水很大。设施简洁现代，居然每个房间都
有电脑。离火车站步行5分钟，超市Migros步行10分钟可到达。含订房费才105 瑞郎一
晚，再减10% swiss pass的折扣，绝对物超所值。
2. 10/8 Brig: Hotel Ambassador （www.booking.com)
普通旅馆房间，房间偏小但很干净，有液晶电视，可以收到CNN。离火车站5-10分钟步
行。120 瑞郎一晚。
3. 10/9 Chur: Ibis Chur （www.accor.com)
普通旅馆房间，有公用阳台，房间很小，但干净，有电视。楼下有麦当劳，不过巨贵，
一份套餐是美国这边价格的两倍。离Chur West 火车站步行10分钟，离Chur主火车站需
坐公共汽车10分钟，步行半小时。不过汽车班次很多，很方便。118瑞郎一晚。

从Evian到Tasch不到200km, 不过开了三个多小时。主要是过了Sion不久就不是高速公
路。
Tasch泊车(CHF13.50)后搭shuttle火车进Zermatt。两大一小，来回CHF38。
从火车站到Matterhorn缆车站得走上20分钟，过了教堂不久就能看到尖凸的马特洪。
到Matterhorn Glacier Paradise来回缆车票CHF90一人，好贵啊。
一共三站。 Furi, Trockener Steg 和 Klein Matterhorn。山顶上看到的冰川，说实
话，不如冰岛的好看。
Trockener Steg的观望台
Matterhorn高4478米，普通游客是上不了的。
游客只能上到欧洲最高的缆车站，3883米。
从缆车站平台大概能看到Zermatt。
因为缆车上得太快，到Klein Matterhorn后，马上就有头晕的高原反应。 |

正比的也算是冷门吧，只不过因为胜率高，所以最近渐渐被用的也多了...

viktor早期很强，线上对干很强，因为那个盾非常牛逼，大招还是沉默。但是一旦开始
打团就有问题，作为一个没有机动性的法师，手却不长，激光和笼子的cd也不短。和他
cd差不多的Lux好歹手超长，而近距离法师比如说cassopeia之类的dps和大团控他又比
不上，本身又是脆皮，不如swaine ryze之类的硬。而且他天生比别人少一个格子，后
期就虚了。所以他需要早早打出优势才行，在最强势的中期解决战斗。但是他本身又不
是操作简单的英雄，划激光什么的可麻烦了.... |

我看完了以后google了半天。 感觉作者是真真假假的东西放在一起，
要不然小说怎么畅销呢。
opus dei是个邪教多半不错，还看见了一张cilice的照片，很恐怖。
priory of sion众说纷纭，感觉作者too far-stretched.
holy blood,holy grail这本书存在而且是畅销书，jesus's loyal
bloodline的说法好象是这本书传播向大众的。
mary magdalen的确有一本新发现的gospel,里面st.peter 说 lord
loves mary more than any other woman,..
至于bible的故事不能全信，其他很多gospel有不同的说法这个到是
早就有很多讨论了，我基本是99%相信的。

他们要能做到早就做到了.
克服depression,最好的方法其实是yoga.yoga可以把你的意念集中到你对身体和自然的感
受.使调节你身体工作的激素恢复正常.前两个星期在pbs上看到一个专题,专门研究depres
sion和yoga,有很多很有意义的实验.这个节目更加使我相信这一点.
我相信其他的meditaion方法也有同样作用,但是都不如yoga简单实用(中国的导引(动功),
比如太极拳也很不错),yoga post的感觉可以把你的意念拉回到你的真实感受中,迅速达到
meditation的程度.
当你在午夜练习1小时yoga后,你会发现你居然能睡着了,相信睡醒的你会感觉大不一样. |

我觉得你老板说得很对，人应该善良没错，但是这个世界很现实有时候很冷酷，“人善被
人欺，马善被人骑”是自古就存在的客观现实。
你没有办法去改变别人，所以只能改变自己调整自己的心态和行为去适应这个社会，当然
在坚持自己原则的基础上。
具体点说，首先你要豁达一点，既然作为好朋友你愿意把帮助那个同学，他是不是当着你
的面告诉他老板有什么关系呢？如果他在你走了之后再说你是不是就不知道不会觉得不爽
了呢？帮助别人也是善行，而且有能力帮助别人是一种幸福。很多人自己都搞不定，更别
提用自己的本事帮助他人了，这才可悲呢，比如我自己。如果你觉得他的行为不可原谅，
对你的智慧是一种盗窃，那以后就不要在学术上那么慷慨，可以在生活上慷慨点，或者你
下次帮他回答问题的时候开玩笑提醒他一下：写paper的时候别忘了thank me for discus
sion哦。这样他或许会意识到你是很professional的，他也应该professional。
有些人是喜欢占人家便宜自己却是一毛不拔的，这种人其实很可怜，他们非常的狭隘，没

我也一口气看完了，不过是正好比较无聊，也好久没看悬念笑说了。
我看完了以后google了半天。 感觉作者是真真假假的东西放在一起，
要不然小说怎么畅销呢。
opus dei是个邪教多半不错，还看见了一张cilice的照片，很恐怖。
priory of sion众说纷纭，感觉作者too far-stretched.
holy blood,holy grail这本书存在而且是畅销书，jesus's loyal
bloodline的说法好象是这本书传播向大众的。
mary magdalen的确有一本新发现的gospel,里面st.peter 说 lord
loves mary more than any other woman,..
至于bible的故事不能全信，其他很多gospel有不同的说法这个到是
早就有很多讨论了，我基本是99%相信的。
