有人用过SIRVA搬家吗？
另外，如果将来没搬成，只是register和咨询，需要付什么吗？

您提到的这个Wheaton是另外一家搬家公司，还是Sirva的分公司？
我现在公司给的relocation assistance 包括俩部分：一笔lumpsum 和 另外14k包给
Sirva的搬家费，实报实销，一年之内可以搬俩次。因为对新地方不了解，所以要搬的
可能就是一些简单的家具和车。我估计用不了14k。所以不知道还可以怎么充分利用这
笔搬家费？比如提供临时住处,租车什么的.能否具体讲讲？ |

发帖数: 100 | 4 最近刚给一个房子发了offer，才知道这个房子虽然房主在卖，但listed by a
relocation company. 这个relocation company叫SIRVA relocation。据说是因为房主
因工作搬走在卖房子。我的broker原话是这样告诉我的“Because if the house doesn
't sell for market price the relocation company (its for seller’s employer)
will buy the house from the sellers.” 就是说如果房子卖不出市场价,这个SIRVA
就从房主手中买这个房子。所以签offer时需要买卖双方和SIRVA三方签。
搞得我有些糊涂，如果说这房子已经归了SIRVA为何原房主还作为seller需要签字？大
家谁有买卖这种房子的经验，对这种房子有什么和一般房屋买卖不同的？在这种买房交
易中应该注意什么？ |

house which is being sold by its affiliate company Sirva Relocation. The
purchase price of the house is 350k. Sirva Mortgage gave me a loan estimate.
Everything looks good except Owner's title insurance cost a lot more than
lender's title insurance.
Title services and Lender's title insurace: $820.00
Owner's title insurance: $1826.00
Is this reasonable? Does anybody know why owner's title cost a lot more than

公司给指派的公司， 叫wheaton，好像挺大的，东西昨天受到了，很不错，服务也很好
所有的咨询都是免费的，我曾经叫过United的来我家quote，呵呵
我搬车用的是DAS，据说很不错，就是有点慢，但是可靠，明天应该就能收到了 |
