正如前帖所述，速度轮滑本身比水冰的clearance要高很多，这样就比水冰更加不容易
掌握，技术要求也就更高。所以在设计速度轮滑时会想尽各种方法降低clearance。以
前的5个轮子的设计，使用165间距，前部螺钉可以正好位于第2、3轮子中间，从而可以
降低整个frame/wheel的高度，frame的前后孔距在5x80mm一般是12.8英寸，在5x84mm时
是13.3英寸。到了4x100mm，孔距12.8英寸，但是165mm的mounting space会使前部螺钉
正好位于第2个轮子正上方，导致要么没法上螺钉，要么必须增加整体高度给螺钉一定
空间；到了4x110mm，这个问题更加突出了。所以现在基本100mm以上的轮子都使用
195mm间距了，这样前部螺钉正好位于第1、2个轮子之间，可以降低整体的离地间隙。
有关Hustler“影响”你技术，我不好说。Hustler是Bont在2000年左右推出的用以替代
更老的Sharkie，主要是增加了踝部的软垫以增加舒适度，还有增加了鞋舌的长度并在

冰球装备其实还好 贵的skate $500 可以穿几年 （中间可以重新塑形的） 便宜的可以

小小孩 家长得陪着训练和比赛 大点了 travel得就远了 旅费住宿各种开销就上去了
哦 还有学费 如果参加club team, 一年也要2，3千至少，这不比鞋子贵？
我儿子去年的赛季才6岁 最离谱的一周我陪着他连训练加比赛一共6次 周末连着两天早
上7点的训练课 新英格兰的冬天啊 6点就要催他起来了 比周中还累 我是说孩子累 大
人也累
收获就是孩子变得tough很多 人的体型也变得结实和皮实 知道怎么work as a team,
现在7岁 很标准的俯卧撑可以一组做40下 休息5分钟 再做一组40下
无形的收获是帮助hockey team的小孩子在学校里扩大圈子 我们镇是hockey town，
hockey parents 之间也会有互动 我儿子老师也是个hockey mom, 所以比较有共同语言
还有就是我们父子之间的bounding ... |

短道速滑，Short Track Speed Skating，起源于19世纪；最早出现在加拿大。当时，
夏天的时候，在室外练大道速滑（Long Track Speed Skating）的运动员无冰可滑，就
进入有电制冷的室内冰球场继续训练，久而久之，形成了一个新兴的冬季项目 – 短道
速滑。
1988年卡尔加里冬奥会，短道速滑被列为表演项目；1992年阿尔贝维尔冬奥会，短道速

伴，但也让他知道你们是家里的权威领导。两个领导不应该在小孩面前争，否则会损伤
权威性。
你们的分歧，很大程度上，是从对安全的认识差异上开始的。
如果你们给了小孩几分钟的grace period，小孩还是不愿回去，那么你老公基本上就没
有错。
根据我的经验，我个人认为你老公的动作（如果不猛）没有危险。我以前带小孩出去的
时候，经常就在路上那样提着她走的。如果两个人出去，她也喜欢被提。
有些小孩的滑梯上方有抓手杠。我的小孩很小的时候就开始喜欢把那个当单杠荡，后来
两岁多能把腿往上翘举上去不少。她肚子上练出很明显的肌肉块（现在好像反倒没有了
）。有时她也让我抓住她的双手原地横荡或侧荡,或者左侧一下右侧一下交替荡；有时
像转盘在原地转直到我头昏。刚进一年级不久，她就爬到学校最高的单杠（3米？）上
面去坐了，还爬到家门前六米高的树枝上坐着（有一次没有让我在下边她被挨训）。她
很喜欢拉我和她玩（但我就是没那么多时间）。我的安全意识是不差的。现在她roller

但是在中国，如果孩子开始学滑冰，用figure skate是很正常的。
在中国，我们那时候，男同学都穿个三角小短裤游泳。如果你在美国的公共游泳池里穿
个三角小短裤，大家也会非常佩服你，因为敢那么穿的如果不是超人的话，大家只会觉
得你有homo的倾向。
我们小时候，歌咏比赛，男娃还被要求脸上抹得红红的。这要是在美国的话......家长

中取胜"。
另外，不同的 passion 的相对价值很不一样。。。比如，对数学有一点点 passion，
其价值要比对雕虫级的文艺音乐 passion 的价值要大多了。。。对游泳有一点点
passion，其锻炼身体的价值，比雕虫级 ice skating 的 passion 的价值也要大多了。
总之一句话就是: Go for your fiction & skating，but don't forget your
calculus, anatomy & swimming.
当然，培养 passion，也是大脑灰质剪枝的一个重要目标，也不能太晚。。。 |
