老二男孩，三岁多，是个话痨，还特别喜欢一个人想东西。比如昨天：
1. 看见远处的晴空中一个喷气式飞机笔直往上飞，带着长长的尾巴（估计是练习性质
的），他就开始说：“妈妈，你看你看，这个是rocket！rocket是向上飞的，还有好多
好多smoke。飞机是横着飞的。”然后再看那个飞机一眼，非常激动地说：“Wow，我看
到rocket了。”
老妈我想说飞机也可以这么飞的，但看到小人的激动劲，就再没吭声。
2. 晚上刷牙的时候，他看着镜子里的自己，拍拍自己的肋骨说：“妈妈，ghost有
skeleton的，dinosaur有skeleton的，我也有skeleton的。我的skeleton在我的肉肉里

这个做过cv跟ml的都知道,最难的就是未定集合的大小.一幅人物画,告诉你是两个人中
一个,随便谁都搞得定.告诉你1000人中一个,就比较难了.如果6B中任何一个,还要你尽
快detect,好像还没有任何solution.也许有>linear的算法,但是没有任何nb至极的算法

所有运动的原则是整个身体作为一个unit， 并且由skeleton muscles主导运动。力量
的传递应该由脚后跟，大腿，屁股，lat,肩膀，手臂一条线传递过去， 效率才高。可
是身体由各个活动的关节串联，要保证身体作为一个整体，保证力量的直线传递， 就
需要body tension, 把各个关节lockout,维持身体super stiffness的状态。
运动中，大腿，屁股，lat等skeleton muscles是运动的主力，手臂，肩膀等只是起辅
助作用。 要保证这一点，同样要用tension把关节lockout,把skeleton muscles 和辅
助肌群连接起来。 同时还要保证weight在body frame 里面. 这就是所有所谓form的原
理。理解这些原理了，任何动作，你就会自动了解需要什么form,有哪些要点。
pullups也是一样，用到的主要肌群是lats,肩膀手臂为辅助。所以pull ups要注意pack
shoulders，tighten armpits, 把肩和lats串起来。力量需要直线传递，所以要把手
