a lot) understanding of aggression, stack size, read, steal, re-steal,
squeeze play, range, taking notes,...
now like i said, 70% skills, 30% luck, within same skill level (too small
edge against each other), luck factor could be even higher.
as for 盲目崇拜pros, i guess the 盲目 part is too much, haha.
pros all started like us, $50 (tom dwan) or some restaurant owner (david
chiu), had big ups and downs, johnny chan turned $50 |

But, be prepared that it's common that your taste goes much faster than you
skill can reach, so quite often, you have less and less photos you are
satisfied with although you are taking much better photos than before. It's
a bit frustrating and it's one of the fun part of learning photography.

所谓communication skill 就是说话让人舒服 能抓住重点 我觉得多看一些介绍
actuary 的书 多记录一些重点 可能有帮助 面试的时候可以有东西说 呵呵
把自己最大的优势长处整理下 在面试的时候记得说出来 最后人家还是要你干事的 呵

我有时候想，了解儿童发展的规律，应该是parenting skills的基石。孩子是一个活生
生的整体的发展个体，我们要怎么养育，怎么教育，都要遵循发展规律。
我自己其实是了解儿童心理学在先。两个孩子年龄很接近，在当父母的头3年里，我根
本没有时间完整地阅读一些parenting books。但是我知道孩子是怎么发展的，各个阶
段都有着什么样的特点。根据这些特点，相应也知道怎么做比较好。另一个是我常讲的
父母要会观察孩子，了解孩子。我以前做婴幼儿试验，来实验室的都是几个月的小婴儿
，有的是1-2岁的孩子。当他们来到一个陌生的环境，接触陌生的人，怎么能让他们在
短时间内感到比较comfortable，而且能够配合完成一些tasks，这样就要求我们能够察
言观色，让孩子和父母比较放松。我回过头想，这样的 |

王立山毕业于北医，medical knowledge和skills自是不差。再加上他的“凤凰男”的
背景，40岁时总算进住院医program，心高气傲在所难免。这必然导致在他两年的住院
医生训练中，跟老印们有不少磕磕碰碰。Vajinder Toor是07-08年度的住院总（chief
resident）,王立山当时已经是PGY-2的住院医生，最苦的PGY-1的实习医生阶段(intern
)已过去了。照说Vajinder Toor已经很难找他什么茬子了。王立山在那时被解雇，跟他
的性格是很有关系的。
虽然我很同情他最后拿起枪做蠢事，把一家人陷入苦海。但看看他过得日子，还有那个
住院医还有一年就完事了，被炒鱿鱼多可惜啊。固然是那个印度阿三在捣乱，但你自己
做好自己本职工作，对上面一级负责，不要以为自己是管理层，还要揭发医院弊端，超
过本职权限，以至于导致被压迫，用精神缘故来被解雇。。。但为了不出现第二个王医
生，光同情捐款还是不够的，还要深刻思考如何避免出现其深层原因，吃一堑长一智也
很重要。
