据彭博，美国最大的健康保险公司—联合健康集团考虑退出奥巴马医保计划，因参
与该计划而遭受损失严重。该公司还下调了2015年收益预期。
今年，联合健康集团已经缩减了用于个人医保计划的市场支出，并计划在2017年全
面退出奥巴马医改法案。这样的表态非常突然。10月联合健康集团曾声称，计划明年将
参与奥巴马医保的覆盖范围新增11个州，总共增至34个州。
联合健康集团CEO Stephen Hemsley表示，公司不能承受这样的损失，无法补贴一
个目前看起来难以持续的市场。
联合健康集团预计，因奥巴马医保计划，该公司2016年将损失5亿美元。今年四季
度，集团亏损将达到2.75亿美元。
