Curriculum,或ESC课）都是fully credential的老师，别的学区一般不是。例如Poway
有所学校的美术课是我一个做工程师的朋友去volunteer教的。
之所以要请家长支持是因为7，8年前，由于经济不好，学校需要砍掉ESC的课，后来学
区家长自发组织了一个筹款基金会来帮学区筹钱，这样孩子还是能够有ESC的课。如果
每个孩子都有完整的ESC的课的话，学区需要筹到2MM的钱，算下来每个孩子需要$800元。
Prop 30的通过并不意味着ESC teacher的职位就保住了。和7，8年前一样，留住ESC老
师的唯一办法就是靠家长的支持---羊毛出在羊身上。不过学区的人上次也肯定的告诉
我们了，学区不会降低他们在ESC老师方面的预算。（ESC有一部分的钱是学区出的，另
一部分是家长支持的。）
DMUSD每所学校有专门的的Science和Technology Labs和老师，这个许多其他的学区也

done either way. Most for personal preference.
Here are some reasons.
1) The straps of the helmet should fit tightly, therefore no extra space for
glasses. But it also depends on the design of helmet or glasses.
2) When you fall, you don't want the glasses stuck in between your helmet
and your skull.
3) The logo of the glasses should be clearly visible. Well, this is for pros
who get sponsorship. |

个更准些。因为昨天半夜下过雨，地上还是湿的。
于是我就多穿了些。行头计有如下：
头上，skull cap加helmet，效果不错，不冷不热。
上身，base layer加 thermal jersey。
下身，bike shorts加leg warmer。
现在的问题是，上身和腿部都挺好，就是中间那一截，也就是bike shorts那里不挡风
，于是屁股和小腹有点太冷了。对这个问题，大家有什么建议吗？ |

fine. But if it is wet and cold, I don't think I will enjoy the ride.
I have not wear waterproof on my road bike yet. Would that work?
BTW, can I use climbing helmet liner as a cycling skull cap? Something like

BTW^2, if you need to ride in the wet, Sealskinz makes good waterproof and
windproof gloves. Highly recommend. |

发帖数: 10218 | 28 Add a wind blocker when it's 32+, and another thin/medium layer plus
changing to thermal tights when 20+. Layer up to keep your core warm, and
use zips to adjust temperature.
Ear warmers, thermal gloves, and sometimes face masks are necessary. I use
skull cap and Buff. I wear thin liners under cycling gloves. The idea is to
have minimum amount of skin exposed to the elements.
Water-proof winter shoes and thick socks are essential. Cotton socks are
absolutely no-no, though. |
