能找对方律师吗？当然可以。这个牙医一定买了malpractice保险，所以你告牙医的时
候，他的保险公司自动找defense律师来辩护他。那些是专业辩护律师，不止是辩护
dental malpractice，这些人很多时候是做product liability的辩护。
业内做dental malpractice的人很少，主要原因是没多少钱，不够big and slam dunk。
big: 普遍的来说，原告律师，比如我们firm，一般小于50万美元的案子不接。大多数
情况下是比如肢体残废了，或者死了，大多这种情况，赢了能赚钱，所以接这种案子。
slam dunk：比如切错腿，拉纱布在肚子里，或者器械拉肚子里这种，铁定能赢，唯一
的就是多少钱，也可以接。
这里面有一个complication和malpractice的区别。不是医疗没起到预期的结果，或者
出现状况就可以告赢的，你作为原告要证明malpractice，这个不那么容易。 |

窒息帝一个人拿下了骑士最后25分，和最后30分中间的29分，堪称从01 AI之后季后赛
最伟大的个人演出，那场球下来所有人都认为，窒息帝要封神了。
那时候窒息帝技术明显糙，浪投帝比卢普斯上去一贴身绊脚石防守，窒息帝就球都运不
利索，只能赶快叫screen；窒息帝那场甚至哨子都不算离谱，扣篮直接被人抓住手腕“
盖帽”都没吹的。
但那时候的窒息帝揍是有heart揍是牛逼。看完了那场球，再扯神马“窒息帝木有单打
能力所以传球才是好选择”，那就是纯黑了--窒息帝现在的技术比那时候不知道细了多
少。
再看看最近两年，一声叹息啊。
