guarantee lowest price,你最好知道这个床的最低价再去还价，当然你空手去至少能
还到sleeeps促销的价格，这个你去磨一下就能问出来，这个基础上再搞个free

第一次的建议：睡前洗热水澡，和热牛奶，或喝一种叫sleepy time的茶
第二次的建议：每晚定时服用melatonine, 一种象维生素的东西，我用了4个月左右，效
果挺好，缺点是需要生活很有规律，定时睡觉，有时作不到，就仍然失眠
现在我用熏香，刚用了半个月，不吃melatonine了，睡的很好。而且熏的是完全自然的精
油，不会在人体积累。 |

when taking antihistamine drug, such as sleepy. My personal expereince
is Nasal steroid drugs work much better than antihistamine drugs. But long-
term
use of nasal steroid is not good for health as well. A good solution may be
the combination of these two : antihistamine + nasal steroid, and by doing
so
you can reduce the dose by half for each medicine.

sounds like taking anaesthetic.
We don't know the drug name yet. But the doc keep telling her it's ok for
the baby. Is it really doing no harm to the baby? Which medicine do you
recommend if we want to take back to China?

These are likely wheals (or urticaria), which can be allergic reaction the
Amoxicillin. You need to contact her pediatrician ASAP. Pay extra attention
to fever, shortness of breath, extra sleepiness etc. You can use OTC Baby
Benadryl if doctor is not immediately accessible. |

episodes makes me think of seizures as it suggests a post-ictal state. True
narcolepsy is pretty rare.

少，这将是我可能自付的ceiling的费用了，言之凿凿，让我放心治疗。结果搞完牙齿
后两个星期，保险公司的EOB寄到了，牙医的很多治疗项目都不能报销（比如使用了保
险公司不cover的crown材料，filling的材料不对等等），我需要支付的数额比已经预

老一辈的人都不建议用，中国人的观念主要是担心对脊柱的注射造成瘫痪，（但这个可
能现在是非常非常小的）其实美国老一辈的人也是这样。我看那书上说，那时候对这个
玩意作用的机理不确定，对使用时间剂量掌握不科学，甚至不知道它能作用到胎盘内，
会对小孩产生影响。现在知道了，所以医生不会建议你过早用，除非你是那种疼得连放
监视器之类都受不了的，过早用（5以前）和过晚（8以后）用对小孩以及产妇都产生不
好影响。
比如有血压下降过快的，（这种经常伴有其他原因，如，脐带位置？或者小孩本省自己
快出来了，突然接受这个东西，突然间也会受到麻醉效果）
比如有生出来not interested in breast feeding and sleepy or low APGAR score。
对产妇影响因人而异吧，基本包括尿潴留，生的时候发抖，或者掌握不了push用力反而
拖延时间。
基本到底怎么办，书上也不可能说，咱ob也不可能告诉咱，都要自己做决定，不过我研
