说事没必要。 Apple至少与20多家公司打过官司；原告和被告都有的。 我最大的
Concern 是Apple以其巨大的财力，通过官司手段，在手机领域里消灭竞争和垄断市场
。通过封闭系统，在市场上绑架用户，不断地高利润的炸干用户的钱包。 HTC 官司后
几乎再也没有能力和APPLE 竞争。Nokia和Rimm 几乎已经垮台。唯有开源的 Android
阵营。 开源与封闭的斗争在我看来如同公益与自私，正义与邪恶的斗争。开源则是鼓
励中小企业，弱者参与竞争；封闭的 Apple 是把同行业的公司都挤垮，独食而肥；
Apple 手段是到处Claim 专利，到处打官司。因此对专利的lang用，对消灭竞争的判决
要非常小心。既然对专利的合理性有质疑，那么专利的费用上就该打折扣，如果Apple
对每台手机，平板收3，4美元而赢了官司，那我很认同；如果让Apple 以有争议的专利
为由垄断市场和挤垮对手，这是不应该的。官司赢后，Apple 随时可能对其他Android

snow is on a line just north of Charlottesville to Harrisonburg to Richmond
. This area of snow is moving north and should move into the Baltimore area
in the late morning hours or around lunchtime. All of the metro area
should start out as snow and could stay as all snow during the afternoon
rush hour. Snow could mix in with some sleet between 5 and 7 pm and could
become all rain after 8 pm.

1. Practice double trap and sleet shooting.
2. Use .22lr practice muliple target shooting. Especially smooth switching
between target. You can ask partner to shout out target names. Have multiple
targets with different shape or color or numbers.
3. In real multiple target hunting, form a quick game plan. I made the right
choice to shoot the doe to the left, so the other one was forced to run
toward my shooting range.

Don't grab food when I feel hungry because it's working.
Breakfast: breads + boiled egg - 250
Lunch: 1 cup of rice + 1/2 cup of tofu + stir-fried veggies - 600
Dinner: 1/2 cup of rice + 1/4 piece of fish + 1/2 cup of green beans + some snack - 500
Total: 1350 (100 over the daily limit)
Exercise: stretched during websurfing time
Went to sleet at 12:00 am - too late. |

变成一个个小池塘了。早上天气超好，下午快关门的时候下了Sleet/rain，最后一趟都
看不清路，翻了3个滚。
