lupus in USA. If kidneys are already involved, it is at pretty severe
stage..... Patient might need dialysis (tou4 xi1), or even kidney transplant.
For meds, corticosteroids are prescribed to supress the immune system.
Methotrexate, cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan), azathioprine (Imuran), etc. But
those meds can lead to many side effects, too, because they will make the
patient vulnerable to get infected. |

昨天我姐姐给我打电话，说我外甥生病了， 好揪心! 我姐姐给我的基本描述是这样的：
我外甥今年四岁半， 在他两岁的时候，
出现过三四次早上起来,腿疼,不能行走.可第二天就好了,也没放在心上.
从 2009.3月份又说左腿膝盖疼,上下楼不敢用力,去二院挂了骨科,骨科说可能是滑膜炎
,让多休息制动.
还拍了膝盖的片子,也没查出什么.
可仍不定期的早上7:00起床腿疼,有点跛行,可等一会大概9点左右活动开了又好了.一周
大概
发生两三次.
2009.8.15日又去看骨科,医生又说不象滑膜炎,让我们去儿科排除风湿类疾病.
去了儿科化验了ENA/RF/ASL/血沉/粘蛋白/CRP/血补体C3/尿RT 等科目.
只有ENA中的一项 anti-DS-DNA为阳性,其他均没有问题.
可是只有这项为阳性,医生不能确诊.只是怀疑结缔组织病/风湿/类风湿? 建议去北京大
医院准确的查一下.
姐姐昨天不放心,又去找了风湿科的大夫问了,风湿科的大夫说对于 抗DS-DNA为阳性,要
再量化检查,还要再查ANA
排除系统性红斑狼疮(SLE),今天又去抽了一管子血,要等到后天才又结果.

careful of SLE, RA or something in that category.
watch photosensitivity, raynoid's sign, oral ulcer, joint pain, esp knees.
fever/chill, rash, etc.
if more than 3-5 are positive, then go to see a doc and do a screening test
like ANA, RF, anti-Sm, anti-dsDNA. |

发帖数: 496 | 21 首先，内科最难的病就是低热原因待查，鉴别诊断太多了。
转氨酶高和低热应该是有联系的。
转氨酶的升高和心脏应该是没有联系的，心脏功能衰弱可以引起来低灌注而有肝损伤，
但是这个时候，病人会心衰的很严重，谁都能看出来。
病人血常规正常，没有白细胞升高，同时有发热，应该不是普通的感染。 但是有可能
是免疫的炎症。
自身免疫抗体阴性 （ANA），应该可以排除SLE，但是不知道anti-mitochondia
antibody是不是做了，这个和胆管性胆汁淤积性肝硬化有关。
如果是胆囊的疾病的话，B超应该能看到的，身体检查的时候，murphy's sign应该是阳
性的。
总体上感觉有可能是肝脏本身的疾病 （免疫性炎症，肝内结石）也可能是全身的疾病
同时因起来肝脏的病变，和高血压和心脏的问题。
这时候需要做的： 肝脏的B超，必要是可以做ERCP，HIDA，CT或者活检。 不是都做，
做哪个根据临床和先前的化验结果，不同的检查可以给我们不同的信息的。
肾脏功能，（高血压十年了，估计肯定做过很多次了）
心脏彩超 （安支架之前应该做过了）
做肝脏的B超的时候，是否有看过胰腺，很多肝脏的疾病是胰腺来的。 淀 |

你看看网上骗人广告有多少比例是中医治疗DM，牛皮癣，肝炎，SLE的？中医多少年了
，连TB都被认为是绝症，别说其他的了。
医学是唯物主义的，这个我想没人可以否认。请问中医学（我更看好命名为传统医学）
的基础－－经络，有谁找到确凿的证据证明其存在了？如果中医好用，为什么FDA不批
准其成为美国的治疗手段？中药有哪一味得到FDA药品认证（别拿保健品认证出来胡弄
人）了么？
中医（传统医学）在历史上的贡献确实是不少的，但是并不适用于现代的情况。没有一
个科学的，有重复性，可验证的体系，中医和现代医学相比，是不靠谱的。

ANA高，然后ANTI dsDNA阳性，RNP 弱阳性，Sm 弱阳性。医生没有进一步查说我SLE可
疑，让我吃Hydroxychloroquine 3个月再查血。
请问什么可以确诊LUPUS还是这几个指标就足够了？想找一个SECOND OPINION。 这个药
会永久伤害视觉，而且也为什么可以工作到现在也没有研究清楚。 谢谢 |

哪些医院在这方面比较强？这边的药品是不是也都带激素呢？还有就是如果来美国治疗
，估计费用在什么水平？

个病需要长期吃药，随访。费用上来说，不需要住院的情况下，看一次风湿专科400-
600够了，顺利的话看一次专科开的药能吃几个月，如果需要用到免疫抑制剂，每月的
药钱需要几百块，最贵的是化验，我们曾经每周需要验血，每次保险支付2000，现在病
情稳定，化验费每月2000左右。需要住院的时候就更糟糕，一天大约在5000. |
